Friday March 13

After much sitting around all day, managed to get out of hospital for a couple of hours whilst my dad visited and spent time with my daughter.
It was leg day and I thought about changing it up to something a little less demanding considering lack of sleep and routine, then I told myself to stop being a pussy and just get it done.
Powered through it with thanks to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep and also the knowledge that I was on the clock. No drop setting today and only 2 working sets of each exercise.

Thank you everybody. I think I worded my post wrong. I meant to say my dad visited the hospital to spend time with my daughter, which allowed me to have a break and go to gym. I know you guys knew what I meant haha 😄

Always worried it'll be too high and they'll tell me I can't donate like what has happened once before. They used to do finger prick so could tell you then and there if haemo too high but now they set you up in the chair, stick the needle in and get all set up before they measure it so yeah it's shit to be told to go see the doctor instead.

Got some pretty exciting news which I'll share upon starting a new log on Monday.

Took some shots yesterday at about 5.30am, cold and fasted, as a starting point for what's to come. A couple of relaxed shots and a few poses.
Oh yeah and I had my back waxed on Tuesday and have broken out as a result so a 42 year old with backne isn't ideal haha
