Glad the SLU came in! Interested to hear what you think of this? I'm glad you got oral because it isn't soluble in BAC water and you'd need DMSO and even then it's questionable. What's your dose? Anything noticeable yet?

Offseason update: powered by @Raptor Labs 🔥

Last week was rolling well only to get sick for a few days. Dropped about 2kgs of fluid so I’m sitting today at 115.8kgs fasted.

Spoke to my coach and the plan now is next week to deload - then do a hard cut for the next 4 odd weeks. Primarily through the addition and leveraging of fat burners (clen, SLU, and T4) along with some more fasted cardio and a minor food drop. So nothing crazy.

I’m excited to get a touch leaner and see a few more lines!

Once we’ve pulled some fat off then we can continue to push back up with food and increase anabolics.

Any questions about anything I’ve said pls let me know 💪🏽

- Plan now is to deload this week as its week 11 or this meso cycle and my body is definitely ready for it. I’ll train at about 60-70% this week. Basically I’ll train like Paul dillett for a week 🤷🏻‍♂️

- Then next week we’ll start our fat loss phase and most likely introduce T4, clen, and increase SLU. Thankfully @Raptor Rep as always is taking care of me and sending out what I need ❤
Along with that will be a slight reduction in food and increase in cardio/output (TBA)

Super happy with the look in these photos and very keen to strip it back! 👊🏽

I’ve found over the years food choice is just as important as if you’re within your calorie requirements (defect/surplus). If we can’t absorb the foods we’re eating because they’re making us inflamed and impairing digestion then what’s the point right?

So I thought I’d do a specific post on my current food for you guys and show you not just the macros etc but the foods in specifically using. I’ve found over the years food choice is just as important as if you’re within your calorie requirements (defect/surplus). If we can’t absorb the foods we’re eating because they’re making us inflamed and impairing digestion then what’s the point right?

Training day diet:
3599 cals
Protein: 306g
Carbs: 493g
Fats: 53g

(All food is weighted raw)


Meal 1:
65g oats
50g whey
30g almond butter
120g strawberries

Meal 2:
280g chicken breast
100g jasmine rice
100g spinach
100g beetroot

Meal 3: pre workout
280g chicken breast
130g jasmine rice
30g honey
40g cranberries

Intra:
20g carb powder

Meal 4: post workout
150g cereal (rice based)
50g whey
30g honey
120g blueberries

Meal 5:
250g rump steak
1 whole egg
200g sweet potato

6L water
10g pink salt
2g lite salt

Now food is back up to 3700 and weight is only a kg or so up.

I like the split and I love the cycle, great stack and not even over the top!! Perfect and it is working!! Beast!!

Yeah really well thankyou bro! The volume per session isn’t crazy. The idea basically is we taper volume up as high as we can, while still being able to maintain recovery doing this amount of frequency. It’s been my favourite way to train and so much better than just hammering the muscle in the 1 or 2 sessions

Body has a noticeably fuller look and It’s only been about 4 days, so I’m excited to see how my body fills up over the coming weeks and as we titrate doses up!

Tricep dip 3x10-15
Cable curl 3x10-15
Flat press 2x10-15
Incline fly/press 2x10-15
Cable Y raise 3x15-20
Reverse peck deck 3x15-20

Evening Evo people!
Been a great past few days. Noticeably fuller again. Haven’t checked weight since I last posted so I’ll update you guys on what that is later in the week.

However I can tell I’d be 1-2kgs heavier. Along with my ankles holding a little bit more fluid (not unusual for me when using gh). Spoke with my coach and we may need to increase water or tweak sodium/potassium ratio but for now the level of water retention is still minimal. (Let me know if you guys have thoughts around water retention when using gh and what you do around this, I’d be interested to hear!)

Looks like we’ll be doing a gear increase as of next week (finally lol) as my gear has been at the same dose since the end of last year.

Currently:
550mg test e
100mg eq
50mg primo
(This is weekly)

From the sounds of it we’ll go from the 700mg total we are on now to around an 850mg total. So still very low with heaps of room to move up, but will be enough of an increase that we should see some great progression from this!

Evening Evo people!

Sitting around 113kgs last I checked. However condition is getting better and better thanks to putting @R&Dpharma GH back in!

Was able to keep food on point the entire trip so performance has stayed consistent. However once my partner @_bubbles finished her show we of course took full advantage of Melbourne’s food!

My coach and I didn’t end up checking in last week as we were both busy and travelling for the shows so check in will be done tomorrow and will confirm what the next move is.

From what we briefly spoke about I believe an increase in both GH and anabolics is on the cards!

Sitting around 113kgs last I checked. However condition is getting better and better thanks to putting @R&Dpharma GH back in!

Was able to keep food on point the entire trip so performance has stayed consistent. However once my partner @_bubbles finished her show we of course took full advantage of Melbourne’s food!

My coach and I didn’t end up checking in last week as we were both busy and travelling for the shows so check in will be done tomorrow and will confirm what the next move is.

No I didn’t compete this year. The weekend definitely gave me FOMO for sure though 🤣

She got 4th bro. She looked absolutely amazing but unfortunately she got her “monthly’s” on show day which seemed to make her old some fluid and washed her out through the glutes/hams - so her placing didn’t reflect the condition she was in which was upsetting to see, but that’s bodybuilding isn’t it!

Yeah absolutely man - so much variety, plus it’s such a multicultural state with so many cuisines! Plus everything is open late so you have plenty of time to try a bunch of different stuff 🤤

- Citadel single arm high to low row (3x10-15)
- Nautilus single arm row (2x8-12)
- Mega mass Tbar row (2x8-12)
- Strive preacher curl (3x10-12)

Great session tonight. We’ve added 5iu Novorapid back in pre workout. I always forget how much training on slin hurts when i first add it back in 🤣

Back has always been a muscle group I’ve struggled to connect with but we’re getting there!

- Wide grip pulldown (2x10-15)
- Citadel single arm high to low row (3x10-15)
- Nautilus single arm row (2x8-12)
- Mega mass Tbar row (2x8-12)
- Strive preacher curl (3x10-12)

Great session tonight. We’ve added 5iu Novorapid back in pre workout. I always forget how much training on slin hurts when i first add it back in 🤣

Back has always been a muscle group I’ve struggled to connect with but we’re getting there!

No I didn’t compete this year. The weekend definitely gave me FOMO for sure though 🤣

She got 4th bro. She looked absolutely amazing but unfortunately she got her “monthly’s” on show day which seemed to make her old some fluid and washed her out through the glutes/hams - so her placing didn’t reflect the condition she was in which was upsetting to see, but that’s bodybuilding isn’t it!
You look amazing though :D

Yeah absolutely man - so much variety, plus it’s such a multicultural state with so many cuisines! Plus everything is open late so you have plenty of time to try a bunch of different stuff 🤤
It sounds like it's sort of like Las Vegas to me.

Nothing too crazy bro! Now days I try and make sure I challenge the muscle as much as I can before moving up in weight which usually means I’m not lifting anything impressive compared to what I used to 🤣

Incline press was 2 sets of 45kgs dumbbells for 10-12 reps, that’s as impressive as weights got in this session 😭

- Cybex seated leg curl (2x8-15)
- Prime leg extension (3x15-20)
- Citadel linear hack squat (1x6-10)
- Citadel leg press (2x10-15)
- Abductor machine (2x10-15)

This session was definitely the best lower session I’ve had in a while. Interesting is picking up noticeably and strength is moving up really well!

Recovery is spot on thanks to @R&Dpharma and their quality PEDS 🫶🏼

Body visually appears a little flat which is another indication for me that I may need to pull back for a week (hell, I might even take a week off training if I can mentally endure that lol)

Having said that strength has been moving nicely and overall I’m really happy with the composition we’re sitting at currently!
