It's very easy to really mess your shoulders up.

Yeah, I want to go full recovery this time around but will probably take the blast cruise approach for the future.
 
7 day's since last injection. Still feeling good and gym sessions have been strong.

Smashed a push workout today.

Workout.

1. Seated DB shoulder press
4x 12,12,10,8 20kg/25kg/30kg/30kg

2. Smith machine incline bench press
4x 12/12/10/8 60kg/70kg/85kg/85kg

3. Seated machine shoulder press
4x 12 50kg/60kg/80kg/90kg

4.a Cable lateral raise
4x 12 5kg
4.b dumbbell rear delt fly
4x 12 6kg

5. Tricep straight bar pushdown
4x 12/12/10/10 30kg/35kg/35kg/35kg

I would assume the end is nigh for this alpha feeling! Pretty happy with how my physique finished over all. I maintained 3000cals through out the cycle and put on roughly 4.5kg. Got plenty of new tips and tricks with eating which I've taken on board and ready to rumble foe the future
9.9lbs is a great result

Had a quick family holiday up to North QLD lots of training and heaps of rest. Started nolva yesterday. Just going to run it at 20mg for 5 weeks. Strength is still very much there.

Workout :

1.a Dumbbell bench press
5x 12/12/10/10/8 20kg/35kg/40kg/45kg/50kg
1.b wide grip pull ups
5x 12,10,10,8,8. Body weight

2.a Seated Cable row
4x 12,12,10,10 50kg/60kg/70kg/85kg
2.b machine flat bench press
4x 12,12,12,12 50kg/80kg/100kg/110kg

3.a barbell bent over row
4x 12,10,10,10 60kg/70kg
3.b chest dips
4x 10 body weight

Great session and finished it off with a 2km jog back to bed and breakfast.

Fishoils
Nacc
Milk thistle.

I've read and also seena few people run tamofixen at 20mg for a slightly longer period of time and have similar if not better recovery then running 40mg 1st 2 weeks. What are your thoughts??

you gotta go with 40mgs tamoxifen first 2 weeks and go into 20 after bro
and i would do some clomid week 1-2
