4. Romanian deadlifts

5. 45° leg press
4X 15 100kg/120kg/120kg

6. Standing calf raises
2x 15 60kg/60kg

Cool down 25min walk home 🏡

Cracking session and felt very strong still. Was on holidays so I suspect I was taking in about 300 cals less each day but still had energy and strength

We are now about 22 days since last test e injection, to be honest I still feel like I'm 'on' haven't had any crash sides as yet. Most noticeable is dropped 1.5kg over 3 weeks and my strength has regressed abit (still stronger then when I begun

Work has been really busy which has caused my training sessions to be all over the place. Still getting great workouts in. Just less structure

Today was Upper body

Warm ups:

Scapular retraction
Light cable rows

Workout:

1. Dumbbell bench press
4x 15/12/12/8 20kg/35kg/42.5kg/45kg

2. Incline hammer press
3x 12 50kg/60kg/70kg

3. Single arm lat pulldown
3x 12 50kg/55kg/60kg

4. Seated close grip cable row
3x 12,10,10 55kg / 70kg/ 75kg

5. Cable lat row
2x 15 15kg

6.a chin ups
3x 12 bodyweight
6.b straight bar cable pushdown
3x 12 30kg/32.5kg/35kg


All round great workout and felt strong with no lethargy. Things feeling really good and very eager to get bloods done at conclusion of PCT. Cheeky video below of db bench press. Was doing the 50kgs couple weeks back. Sad to see it go

Had a juicy leg session yesterday. Only had 40mins so had to make it count

Still feeling pretty good, dropped a couple kilos however I feel and look very much similar. No sides of mental decline or fatigue.
