Just knocked over a push session

Workout.

1. Barbell bench press
7x 12/10/8/5/3/1/8 60kg,100kg/105kg/110kg/120kg/130kg/100kg

2. Seated arnold press
3x 12,10,8 25kg/30kg/32.5kg

3. Incline Dumbbell press
3x 10,10,8 35kg/37.5kg/37.5kg

4.a Cable flyes
3x12 10kg/10kg/10kg
4.b dumbbell lateral raises (21s)
3x21 8kg

5. Overhead straightbar cabke tricep extension
3x12 30kg/35kg/35kg

Chest was absolutely cooked after this, got to a point after the flyes I attempted some Push-ups and didn't have it In me.

Great workout all around
 
In addition breakfast this morning was

5eggs
2 slices sourdough
1/2 Cucumber
150gm cottage cheese
Home-made tomato sauce with chilli
Chilliii.... runs away screaming...esp for breakfast lol

Completely expect to lose gains so not to worried. I'll do full pct this time around see if I can get bloods to somewhere near before I started.

Definitely looked into TRT and will probably go this route next cycle. My wife is all good with this approach once we pop out another kid.

Now that my quad is 100% and I missed about a week or so of leg training I was stinging to get in there and smash legs... in particular quads. Bit of a weird workout but got the job done.

Warmup
10min cycle
Dynamic stretching

Workout:
1. Leg extensions
5x 15 35kg/45kg/55kg/60kg/60kg

2. Smith machine squats (pyramid to top weight then double drop set down)
8x 12,12,10,8,6,5,8,12 60kg/100kg/110kg/120kg/130kg/140kg/100kg/60kg

3. Romanian deadlifts
3x 15 65kg

Legs absolutely cactus after this quads trained to maximum exhaustion. Pussing with sweat needed towels around me

Overall was around 40mins working which was good
 
7 day's since last injection. Still feeling good and gym sessions have been strong.

Smashed a push workout today.

Workout.

1. Seated DB shoulder press
4x 12,12,10,8 20kg/25kg/30kg/30kg

2. Smith machine incline bench press
4x 12/12/10/8 60kg/70kg/85kg/85kg

3. Seated machine shoulder press
4x 12 50kg/60kg/80kg/90kg

4.a Cable lateral raise
4x 12 5kg
4.b dumbbell rear delt fly
4x 12 6kg

5. Tricep straight bar pushdown
4x 12/12/10/10 30kg/35kg/35kg/35kg

I would assume the end is nigh for this alpha feeling! Pretty happy with how my physique finished over all. I maintained 3000cals through out the cycle and put on roughly 4.5kg. Got plenty of new tips and tricks with eating which I've taken on board and ready to rumble foe the future
