Bench press
Set 1, 60kg, 8 reps
Set 2, 100kg, 3 reps
Set 3, 140kg, 2reps
Set 4, 160kg, 1 rep, this went up nice and easy, easier than last week
Set 5, 120kg, 10 reps

Pec dec
Set 1 - 4, weight 89, 12 reps

Dips
Set 1, 20kg, 12 reps
Set 2, 40kg, 10 reps
Set 3 - 4, 30 kg, 12 reps


Double arm dumbell overhead tricep
Set 1 - 4, 38kg, 15reps

Tricep Push down
Set 1 - 4, 55kg, 15 reps

Pretty happy with these results, last year when I was sponsored by a different lab I was using the same oils, some days I would have real bad pip, and I was pinning less oil then, but since making the switch and upping the oil volume, @ODINLABS definitely knows how to brew, this is the most oil I have even pinned and never have a bad pin, u can't make this shit up, this guy is the fucking Heisenberg of juice, and since making the move to join team @ODINLABS last November I was benching 120kg, and now 6 months later it's gone up to 160kg

Ah the last sponsor was bigboylabs man, would have pip for at least a day or 2 sometimes more

But with odins and the large quantities no pain, what so ever, can pin in shoulders and then go straight away and do a workout if I wanted

bench press is still looking stronger. you got 1 easier max out. next step you will get 2 and so on. but don't hurt yourself maxing out too often

@codezz i'm a big fan of this layout. push day is on point. bench press is 160kg for 1 rep is a nice max out

bros bench press 160kg for 1 rep is solid. that is some big weight. You are improving little by little keep up the good work.

the body has ways to punish you remember that
To be far I've never had a bad injury or anything, lucky or not i know my time.will come for one, but that's ok, will just be a small road bump and if that time.comes I'll get back

Quality oils and solvents make a huge difference, o notice that as well with utilizing belgias products and Pharmaqo
