Beginner Cycle Help

Hey guys, i’m coming here asking for some advice for what i should run for my ‘first’ cycle.

‘First’ meaning i’ve ran a 500mg test only and a 500mg test, 300mg decs cycle, from a lab called Ultimate Perfomance Labs which i got off a guy from my old gym which i think may of been fake and or underdosed.

Because my previous cycles have been underdosed or fake potentially, should i take it safe and stick with a test only cycle to start off with the verified sources?

I’m currently at a high BF% as i’ve just finished my bulk a month and a bit ago, so i’m looking to cut down and get lean enough for visible abs (10-15% bf)

I’m 21, 185cm, roughly 95-100kg right now

if anyone could recommend what cycle i should run and which pcts/blockers i should run with it, i’d greatly appreciate it.

i’m still very new to the world of PEDs, so any advice or help will be amazing

i’ll attach my last body scan taken at the start of december. keep in mind, the height set on it was set too high and therefore my body fat has been inaccurately scanned. i’d say im closer to 18-20% Bf right now

to add on, i’ve been lifting for over 6 years now (started as an obese kid, lost all the weight, then have been building up the muscle since)
i follow a meal plan for bulking and cutting.
i also follow a routine that i’ve made which works for me.

the only thing id need help with is what cardio to do and how often for a cutting cycle, and when to decrease cals or increase cardio
 
Did you get results from the previous cycles? If so I would suggest a test only cycle again if you think it wasn't proper stuff. Really dial that diet in as well to help lower the BF. I'm on TRT so I don't PCT between cycles.
You would also need to figure out at what dose you would need an AI on - usually 500mg for 'most' people would require an AI but for some they don't need it. You could lower it a little to the 3-400mg range and possibly get away without AI.

Its very hard to give you advice on any cycle or push your forward without knowing anything about you, like very hard.
If you want actual advice on cycling, we need to know more about you.
how?
we need to see your current log diet training sleep and history so we can guide you into a cycle as a big EVO family

start a new thread with your log it will take 15-20min

HOW to do it? easy

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

You can always post up pictures and we can tell you a guesstimate of your body fat
 
I'd say diet down first, you've got the rest of your life to run cycles but should get more dialled in before thinking about peds

Get your meals on point because it can take a long time to do that alone without complicating things with hormones

Berberine with meals, look into carb cycling for training days

Post up a training and diet log for a while and we can steer you into the right direction to prepare you for PED's later in life
 
bros I think you need a lot more help than what you think.
Everybody needs more help, including motivation. That's why we recommend a log.
 
One of the things I recommend for you is starting up your own log Journal

This way, we can help fill in the blanks on your questions and keep track of what you're doing.
 
If you're almost 20% body fat, then that means that you're diet is not on point.

This is where we can help you.
 
Answer your question. I think cardio is important every day.

Even Pro bodybuilders who are 300 lbs are doing cardio every day.
 
Check out the other logs on here and start your own as well.

See what the guys and gals are doing for cardio, you'll see many different things.
 
Swimming. I think is a great option. Many indoor gyms have swimming pools that are indoors, so you protected from the cold.
 
If I were you I would get on semaglutide and run that for 12-16'weeks and lose about 20lbs fat. Then turn around and get a rebound effect and use 300mg of testosterone and 300mg NPP for 12 weeks.
 
you are super young to be using steroids unles you plan on going pro.

I think you should take a step back and dial in your training and dial in your diet with a log Journal.
