would be great to see you back at least 1 time per week with the EVO family, tell us whats going on and a picture update too please bro ;)
 
Hey guys, update and opnions welcome please..

I have been cruising on 100mg Test C week....feeling good but have no done blood work in a while. I will be doing one soon, but for now feeling good, eating well, training 4-5 days weeks. PBF is 16.7%, which I think is fine as it will keep going down slowly. I am eating for maintenance now around 2700cals and the weight loss will happen slowly.... weight is on 227lbs... will post pics soon.

Planning a blast after blood work, assuming nothing out of order, for 20 weeks.... see below. what you think / suggest / critique...!!!!

Table 1 (Anavar last 4 weeks) or Table 2 (Anavar fight after DECA)?

Cycle
I suggest you jump start with the primobolan not dbol.
250mgs testosterone
200mgs primobolan
split dose mon/thur
kick start with 6 weeks winstrol 30mgs ed
but you need organ liver support like n2guard there

Breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal, 170gr avocado, 1 serving whey protein, coffee, creamer no sugar, electrolytes pouch.

Gym - 1.5 miles on treadmill, 40 min full body

Lunch - 3 slices keto bread, 6 tsb cottage cheese, 3 slices of ham, 9 sundried tomatoes

Dinner - 473gr of sweet potatoes, 250 gr steak

Snacks - 4 tsb peanut butter, 1 serving whey protein, 30gr almonds

@brazooka I would start with 16 weeks, first 4 weeks being a pyramid.
Anavar kicks tart not ending.
Also you need n2guard with anavar to control organ liver toxicity, highly suggest it.

and pics would help us understand where you are.
and updated training and diet as well
so we are not guessing here and making mistakes
please update the log more, more accountability will give you better results as well :D

Supplements

Tudca, milk thistle, NAC, fish oil, vitamin C, Psyllium, beat root capsules….
You can replace most of those vitamins and supps with n2guard easily. You can drop tudca/mt and c and multi in place of n2guard and you get a better ingredient profile. https://n2guard.com check that

@brazooka a few things. I would stop eating peanut butter, swap for walnut butter and if you can't stomach it use almond butter.
Your protein is fairly high but can go up a bit.
do you have macros for this? a bit hard to understand as we dont have your macros on some meals like lunch
 
i would do 12 weeks of deca or primo instead of doing 20 weeks with both like that
 
You actually have very good macros, I would up the protein a bit but rest are balanced @brazooka
but if you want to shred and lean out, we'd need to adjust carbs
if you plan to stay recomp level, we can keep this and slowly modify as you start the new cycle
 
I think I am good staying around where I am now to have strength for big muscles…. I will want to lean out towards the end of next cycle. I am planning to start maybe Feb or March….getting the plan now, so I can get the juices and be ready.

@brazooka interesting, I started checking back, I noticed you said you're 16.7% bodyfat, but I was checking your pics, just looking roughly, you look around 20%+, how was the 16% measurement done? just want to check so we are on the same page.
