- Eating clean with high protein intake, some creatine, vitamins, whey protein
- Training 5–6x per week, with cardio included
- Might add some Muay Thai / crossfit sessions a few times per week for conditioning
What I’m considering:
- Anavar-only cycle (since I’m not comfortable stacking multiple compounds yet)
- Unsure about dosing, length of cycle, and PCT requirements
- Want something that keeps me lean, adds strength, and minimal side effects
Questions for you guys:
- What’s a realistic first Anavar cycle for someone like me (length, daily dosage)?
- What should I add in terms of support (liver, cholesterol, etc)?
- Is Anavar-only worth it for a first cycle, or should I be thinking differently?
- Any advice on managing cardio + lifting volume during the cycle?
