First Cycle?

I am 20 years old and I have been lifting for around 3 years, I feel like I have a good base and wanted to start with a test only cycle to see how my body reacts. Obviously I am going to do my own research and taking the cycle is not a definite. I am 5'9 160lbs right now. I run an upper/lower 4 day split just for a better interest in time due to jiujitsu, but I want to get more serious about body building. I have my diet and sleep dialed in so I would appreciate tips and advice and even if I should just wait.

You need to wait a few years. Your body/brain have not fully developed yet. You don't wanna mess with your hormones at this young age.
You look great, just keep doing what your doing.

you don't need to play with steroids to 'see how my body reacts' as you put it
i will tell you that you will grow on steroids. but you will also fry your HPTA and cause damage permanently. fertility issues, ED issues, low testosterone. these are all things you will experience as you get older. you should wait till you are 25 to use steroids MINIMUM. if you start now by the time you hit 30 you will have the test and fertility levels as an 80 year old. you will meet a chick you love at 30 and tell her on your 2nd date you have no sperm and she is going to not even call you back. happens all the time

the truth is you don't need steroids right now. you need hours in the gym and proper nutrition
 
Thank you guys for the advice. Clearly it is not smart to take anything now and I don't want to destroy my body in the process.
Yeah brother you have so much untapped potential still, i didnt start running gear till i was 34 years old, i trained nautral for many many years before going this route.
 
Yeah brother.. I'm 33 now and just started my first cycle. best to leave it until your later years brother.. you still have so much room to grow naturally at 20 years old.
Yup by the time i was in my mid 20s i built something awesome for being nautral it is possible just takes alot of patience and dedication

i think you can do a steroid cycle BUT first you need to start a training nutrition log, a PRE cycle log, you understand? this will help us understand you more and guide you into a cycle properly as a big EVO family
easy to do 15min of your time start a NEW thread add your training diet sleep history and supps and we guide you from there

HOW-TO LOG?
  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@brodeurtd bro you should come to texas ranch and train with son. he only 12 and already 6'6'' and 245lbs. i want to get him onto private football team to play LB or TE but his grades too low they won't let him in

@brodeurtd bros who make rule you have to use steroids to bodybuild? you should do log and training/diet. no way you got everything on point. it never is

you've had hair on your balls for like 2 weeks and you think you are ready for steroids? you aren't. you still have a very raw physique. keep things going as they are and focus on putting in the hours in the gym

@brodeurtd I'm glad you came to this forum so you could get proper advice.
My advice to you is wait to use steroids at least five more years. If you must use something, you can look at using sarms after 21.

@brodeurtd no way at 20 years old you already have your diet/training dialed in. it takes many years of learning and knowledge to figure all that out. it takes years and decades of trial and error. so you have work to do. get your log started and be honest and lets work on where you can improve. then later on when you use steroids you can look your best

Yes sorry it’s definitely not completely dialed in that was an overstatement I meant more that I’m eating good and training hard right now. I’m starting a log tonight so I can get advice and help on how to improve.
 
Definitely hold off. You want to take advantage of your naturally high testosterone levels at your age. By starting steroids young, you can cause a lot of issues down the road.

yeah the biggest challenge at your age is healthy eating. food prep needs to be done to give you an edge
 
Man you are sooooo lucky that you’re seriously into fitness young. Everything you do now, while you are natural, will be like a multiplier for what you can do later. You do have a good base, your body is doing it naturally NOW. It would be awesome to follow a young natty log while you do everything right and learn everything you can before you jump in with both feet. Everything you get naturally is for keeps, assuming you continue to follow the basics of lifting, eating, resting. Imagine getting super dialed in, eating huge amounts of good food, getting all your sleep, and lifting super strong before you even start messing with PEDs. Almost nobody gets this stuff right. I personally know a few dudes who won’t work out unless they’re talking anavar. Well. They don’t look good at all. Wait as long as you can. Learn as much as you can. You’ll think you know, but you probably don’t, probably can’t really know how it all works until you bump into the wall a few times. Definitely wait. Start a log on here! Everyone will support you. People will maybe joke about you just getting on tren or whatever, but I think you’ll get a ton of encouragement
 
Bro wait for few years.....currently focus on good training and balanced diet.....consider starting a log so we can help you with a proper roadmap ahead......

You look amazing already. What do you need steroids for? You're young and obviously healthy so your testosterone is humming along naturally, otherwise you wouldn't look the way you do.

Instead of thinking about steroids and studying them, focus on your diet and training. You can optimize what you have naturally and then when you're older and bigger steroids can give you that boost to bust through a plateau and then you could get freaky built if thats what you want.

When you're older you'll end up regretting lots of things you do when your 20, but permanent damage to your body shouldn't be one of them.
