I dropped creatine too, also noticed no change.

I dropped creatine after my first bloods came back with the very low egrf and to be honest at my level (gym rat) I can’t say i noticed any difference in my performance.
It's been 2 weeks , I wonder if it does anything as well, or we are alr3ady getting enough from our food. Annoying as literature on it recons it's amazing.
 
got no idea how you guys work out fasted, i reckon i would pass out.

Real amazing guy to look up Michael McKnight. He ran something stupid like 100 miles in 24hrs fasted. Wore a continuous glucose monitor which showed his blood suger lvls stayed the same through out.
I just started out doing IF 5 days a week, and body adapted pretty fast.

I’m just soft bro, i start to get worried if we’re out and i know i’m not gonna have access to my food for a few hours..

I reckon it probably can give elite athletes that tiny edge maybe, but i guess if you have a decent ped cycle going and you got your diet sorted (wanna see lots of red meat) , and it’s giving you crook guts i don’t reckon its worth it for the difference you might see?
 
We are neck and neck im also on week 4 as of last monday 😃

Another struggle in todays workout, first set is good then no energy, going to have to change things up.

Possible Things it could be:
1. Currently I work out fasted with 1 cup of black coffee, maybe need food?

2. Dropped Creatine 2 weeks back was making me feel Queasy

3. Increased protein has my Digestive system working overtime so feeling sluggish

No idea it's Dmaa active ingredient, couple of labs have started selling it now, I remember one of the WAFL boys tested positive for it so maybe.

Starting, 79.0kg, 9.3% BF, 7.3kg BF
Week 1, 81.0kg, 9.9% BF, 7.8kg BF
Week 2, 81.2kg, 9.3% BF, 7.5kg BF
Week 3, 83.0kg, 10.4% BF, 8.6kg BF

Calories i averaged 3300 a day a 10% increase from the week before, budget was 3100 calories. For week 4 ill try to keep under 3200 but its proving hard. If i keep struggling to maintain calories then ill look to incorporate some of @ZenithHealth Retatrutide in the mix.

Felt burnt out this week, had a 3 day break from the gym to recharge.

Ped Schedule for week 4:
350mg Sus
450mg EQ + final 200mg front load
100mg Deca
40mg Proviron daily
40mg tbol daily
5iu HGH eod
.5mg Bpc 157 daily
2mg Ghk-cu daily

Completed:
3 x workouts
2 x yoga sessions
5 x meditation
2 x 40min zone2 cardio

The high test with the oestrogen in spec looks really impressive man.

Are your cholesterol’s usually outta spec or is it the gear?

Are you monitoring your blood pressure?
BP every morning sits about 130/80

Cholesterol is the same on and off gear.

I thought the test is a bit low but could be the EQ making it metabolise faster.
 
@Freki you need to work on your alt/ast and kidneys, cycle support is a must with tudca like n2guard, but you are going to have to find a local solution in Australia.
Your prolactin is high as well, try adding proviron.
Prolactin is in range, Progesterone is high what do you take for that?
I'm taking 2 orals atm Tbol and Proviron, only have 2 more weeks of tbol left id guess thats effecting my ast/alt

Sorry I meant your progesterone is high, typo. :D I would try proviron.
