I eat a lot of seafoods and chicken breast. Vegetables and Fruit. My wife very health oriented and doesn't like fatty foods or high sodium. Also chicken Breast are one of the cheapest cuts of Chicken.

The gym only about 10 minutes away. And the wife and I will do morning walks

You should put your wife in contact with mine then maybe my meals will be better as well ❤️

Back in the Philippines for well deserved holiday. Had a 5 hour delay in Malaysia. So missed my connected from Manila. Got vouchers for Breakfast and Lunch.

Finally got my destination at 11pm. Was tired after 19 hours. So had long sleep once hitting the bed.

Was great to get into the seafood once again.
And went out for Korean BBQ. To celebrate my wife's birthday. Some pics of the food.
And will be posting gym pics soon.
