Preface: I have already started this cycle. I am on week 14 and on monday it will be week 15. I have decided to add Tren to extend this cycle and as per requested am creating the log for the last few weeks.
Stats:
25 year old male, 12 years training (semi professional athlete in my teens), 2 Steroid Cycles, 1 past Sarm Cycle, 6ft, 219lbs, 15% bf.
Cycle:
Weeks 1-15: Test E @ 500mg/week (pin mon a.m. & thurs p.m)
Weeks 1-15: Aromasin @ 25mg/twice a week (mon & thurs)
Weeks 16-20: Test E @ 250mg/week (pin mon a.m & thurs p.m)
Weeks 16-20: Tren Ace @ 350/week (50mg/ED) - note: thinking about going to week 21 with the Tren, while the Test E begins to clear. Thoughts?
Weeks 16-20: Reduce Aromasin dose over a week and hopefully come off the AI completely.
Weeks 16-20: Liver Support (TUDAC)
Weeks 21&22: Let Test E clear my system
Weeks 21&22: HCG 250iu EOD
Weeks 21&22: Run 12.5mg aromasin as needed because of HCG
??Week 22: Let Tren clear my system??

Deadlift Heavy (long warm up to the top then hitting top sets for 2 reps 3 times)

Suppinated Curls (4x10) Heavy
Pronated Curls (4x15)
Cable Curls (4x12-15)
Wednesday: Legs (Quad Focus) & Shoulders

Lunges (4x8) Heavy
Hack Squat (2x20 as a finisher)

Thursday: Light Chest and Tris
Very similar to the above but rotating in smith machine incline and flat focusing on contraction of the muscle and utilizing more cable machines (its contraction day not moving weight day)
Friday: Light Back and Bis
Similar to the above but no deadlifts and no bent over rows substituting with JPG Kneeling 1 armed lat pull down and more focus on bis using cable machines.
Saturday: Shoulders and Legs (Hamstring focus)
RDL (3x8)
Hamstring curl lying (4x12)
Hamstring curl seated (4x12)
Close feet leg press (2x30) as a finisher
Shoulder Press Seated (4x12)
Lateral Raise (3x15)
Front raise (3x15)
Rear Flies (3x15)
Sunday: OFF or light arms and core
Cardio: every day 25 minutes treadmill
Nutrition: This is lengthy but in short: 5 meals a day working in a slight surplus. Majority of carbs around the time I workout and none in the last meal before bed. Protein every meal. 3 beers maximum a week on a saturday night.
Current Progress on Cycle:
I have put on 24lbs in the last 15 weeks. I have lost body fat and feel amazing with tons of energy and a super high sex drive (to my girlfriends exhaustion). The slight surplus means I am still gaining but the increase in muscle mass has also generated a loss of body fat, maybe only perceptively as I haven't been caliper tested since the start of my cycle. I have put on size, strength and leaned out, which has been noticeable to my friends and girlfriend. Estrogen sides were a little bad initially because I started without an AI but dialed them in very quickly with taking 25mg Aromasin twice a week is a sweet spot. Only other side is acne on my delts but only tiny little pimples and every now and then one on my forehead when i wear caps to workout.
Bench 240lbs for 5 to 310lbs for 5
Deadlift: 440lbs for 1 to 495lbs for 1
Squat: 315 for 3 to 365 for 3
Adding the Tren to put on the last bit of size and recomp further as we move into summer down here in the southern hemisphere. Want this cycle to make me look like a king on these Australian beaches. Also excited to just try Tren so that next cycle after I've taken a good chunk of time off I can use it right away.
