Warm up on the exercise bike for 5 mins to get the blood flowing, and stretching for 10 mins.

Im already pooped at this stage...

45 degree leg press 2 sets of 20 reps

When i got home from work.. I prepped my meals for tomorrow and did 30mins cardio on the treadmill.
Ate my last meal for the night and get ready to wind down, and do it all again tomorrow

Today was Quads focus.
Training started at 5am.
Warm up on the exercise bike for 5 mins to get the blood flowing, and stretching for 10 mins.
Exercise 1
Smith machine front Squats 2 sets of 15
Exercise 2
Pendulum Squats 3 sets of 8
Exercise 3
Walking dumbel lunges 3 sets of 12 each leg
Im already pooped at this stage...
Exercise 4
45 degree leg press 2 sets of 20 reps
Exercise 5
Seated Leg extensions 4 sets of 10 reps including drop sets (burn those quads!!!)
Exercise 5
Seated abductor machine for the inner thighs 2 x 15
Exercise 6
Seated machine leg press calf raises 4 sest of 15

I spent a lovely weekend away with the wife and kids before school holidays ends.
I woke up early before anyone got up and did my fasted cardio for 30 mins before it was time for Buffet breakfast
Upon returning home i prepped my meals ready to go for Monday..
Training will be early 5am training..
As soon as I wake up I hydrate with these supplements in the pic.
