T3 & Clen Stack

Curious to know what people’s thoughts are/ experience is with T3 (or T4) stacked with clen for a 6-8 week cut. What was your starting stats vs finishing stats, what did you dose at, what other componds were you in addition to the above, side effects, etc? And would you do it again, or are there better alternatives that you’d now choose over and above T3 and clen?

Obviously, diet and exercise are key to the outcome, but if you did anything more than increasing cardio, I’d be curious to know what that was and how you felt it impacted the results.

t3 and clenbuterol is the oldest cutting stack in bodybuilding so it works, but there are serious downsides, like heart problems and thyroid malfunction long term tsh problems as well.
but you CAN do it effectively, how? well first for us to plan t3 and clen cycles or any cycles with you we need to know more about you, right?
if you know nothing about you, telling you to slam clenbuterol can put you in the hospital if its wrong, so please start sharing with us, how?
well start a NEW thread with your Lifestyle LOG journal add your diet training cardio and lifestyle and we can guide you into a t3 clen cycle.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

As @LevButlerov said. We know nothing about you including your past AAS use. Training, age, diet, goals. This stack under effective but can also have serious consequences on your heart and thyroid.
Tell us more information about you.
 
pro bodybuilders will implement thyroid meds and sometimes clen. they have their purpose however if you're a normal Joe you simply do not need either

fasting protocols will work and it's a healthy way to lose weight with a lot of benefits
