Triple Stack Log (Sarms)

Week 3 Day 1 - Oct 5, 2014

Weight down another 2.4 pounds, strength up, endurance up. Girl friend says I look better.
 
Definitely following your log. Probably running triple stack possibly adding oxandrovar for my next bridge between cycles. Your results sound awesome so far and your only 3weeks in.
 
What type of split are you running while running triple stack? You just simply trying to drop body fat or are you pushing for an overall recomp?

Lifting MWF
Cardio TTh
Sat and Sun depends on my mood and what is going on in my life but normally Sat also cardio

Great Cardio day everyday I feel that I can push myself just a little further than the last time
 
Week 4 Day 2 - Mon Oct 13, 2014

Strength has continued to go up even though weight has gone down =D Can't complain about that
