Europe TRT dose for Test U is a 800mg dose once a month. That’s what Info ive found on it.

I believe proper sus blends should have a small amount of test u in it.

Personally,I'd go with Test U, but a bigger dose of sust could also work out well.

test d has a half life of up to 14 days
test u up to 30

because mine is mct and not castor oil could be slightly less then that so i would suggest test u to be on the safe side
