Today felt good I have a bit of a strained trap/scapula area muscle. Stiff tight I may have strained it at work had bariatric patient (Obese) she’s 300lbs and paraplegic so we have use a ceiling lift with her to move her. I had to lift her large very heavy dependent legs to place the ceiling sling under her. Was fine in the moment! Ofcorse I Had help but I felt it an hour later. So gotta nurse that damn it all!!! Ice crap outta the area sore and eat little extra protein carbs! Heal up and back to usual grind!! The PEDs are definately in FULL effect as I felt a lot better than expected with this area hurting!! I work around it. But damn I really wanted to up the weights anyhow. Was wow that feels so easy and smooth and strong. I feel it more this cycle than any cycle I’ve done. Maybe the stack with Primo on board now fir 2 weeks along with TRT Var.
