Lol! There is a small fan club we call them! It’s a bit embarrassing but I guess I’m just a bit humble. I dont try to get attention I’m just there to get the wo in! It’s all good though it’s nice to get compliments or help someone with questions. It gives them some inspiration I guess! And now they know we’re not snobby lifters! 💪🌸

Had another good WO today. Felt strong although my right wrist is angry! Been this way for ages it seems. Just some days better some days worse. Idk. Gotta be tendon or the ligaments!! Forearms a bit sore from yesterdays back wo. Speed Bench even though kinda light, my forearms wrist really feeling it. Used my wrist wrap on right wrist. Despite this I did try a set of pull-ups! We did our chest then Lat Pulldowns i thought we’re here under the cable crossovers May as well hop up see about those pull-ups! @ceo can I be your hero now? Lol 💪🤣Got out 6 good reps. Was surprised as didn’t know if I’d get more than 2-3 on my own. Mr RR spotted me a little on last rep. Was proud of myself there! So that was fun! Shoulders were ok on those. Pullovers felt strong too. I like the split doing with accessory on 4th day. I even Managed to have strong cable bicep curls! Eeked out PR there. So Var is kicking in! Also picked up calories a little this week. Keep on grinding everybody! Happy lifting 💪🌸

I’ve done Var before with good results In Strength. I primarily was taking 5mg in AM 5mg in PM! Now I’m just gonna take 10mg in morning. See how it goes. Skin seems ok for now. Strength is feeling good.👍💪🌸

Today we focused on volume with deadlifts did 10 sets. Was kinda fun. Tried hook Grip for the first time man that hurts. I got to 245 didn’t lose my grip but hurts only 3 reps. Lots of chalk! I went up on my squats from 215 to 225lbs thought 3 seemed good, I pushed to 5 reps for rest sets. Did hack squats and a new plate loaded standing squat machine by free motion I think. That was weird but good. Has a curved foot plate. Then a precor hamstrings was new machine model for us too. Nice to squat at this gym cuz there’s a few diff machines to use. Gives a nice change up for the muscles so they’re stimulated differently. I wish they had a squat press or belt squat Though. Got some wine afterward to have with dinner later for Anniversary & ❤️ Valentines! Everyone have a great weekend. Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

I'm seeing more and more people doing hack squats
I’ve always been used to the oldschool over the shoulder pads with inclined squat. I think it’s harder to do those than these sorta inclined Seated ones on a slide. Idk
 
Most guys can't even do five pull-ups and look at you.

You are doing amazing.

Had a good chest day!! 💪🌸 late post for me! Forgot our elbow sleeves but had my wrist wraps. Right wrist been bothersome still. Was excited to get out 5, 7 then 6 incline bench. First set always feels the heaviest and the slowest. Weird like my body has to get warmed up with the working sets idk. Like it acclimates then boom! Same with close grip bench. I started with 3 reps felt heavy then last 2 sets cranked out 8! And I did pause reps on the 1st 4 reps of last set. Was pretty excited about that shit!!! Was only 135lbs for close grip. Just finished dinner at the Outback Steakhouse with Mr. RR and his dad. Saturday nights are always early dinner with his dad. Sorry took pic of the leftover Alice Springs Chicken with the best honey mustard! Caesar salad was decent. Feeling full! Happy lifting. 💪🌸

I under estimated her strength on the hack squat and machine squat. Next time we will just load 270 on each and bang out 3 sets of 10.

She’s tough for sure 💪

Deadlifts in the books! Did another 10 set workout. Did go up in weight 20lbs to 265lbs did hook Grip all the way till my 1st working set. It just burns I switch to usual alternating grip chalked. Platform was really bouncy felt like I had to reset a lot moving feet to get reset at bar. Then backed off did 225 for 5x5 got volume was pretty spent! I was barely able to get Rows and Shrugs in! Had a guy come over to us from across the other side the gym to compliment us on our lifting and I guess our shape said was impressed we were just jacked! Looked great! Knuckle bumps and said he and his partner noticed us 100 feet away and introduce himself. So that was fun! We saw him and her deadlifting last week. So nice another couple working out together.
On an another note PSL order showed up so I got primobolan on board now! 💉🎉 big thanks to @~Vision~

Got me PR on cable bicep curls went up to 110lbs!🎉💪 arms are so vascular. I think the Primo last Monday along with my Var TRT n HGH from PSL @~Vision~ are kicking in will do my 2nd shot with Primo tomorrow. So then will prob really see the strength build! Happy lifting 💪🌸

Was a productive leg day today. Was really happy getting 3x3 with 245lbs that’s from 225 last week did 3,5,5! Started using my smaller knee sleeves. That helps with a bit more compression on the knees giving more of a good bounce out of the hole!! Everything is starting to fire up with the PEDs. Doing my primo TRT doses together in shots twice a week Monday & Fridays. So today was full weekly dose of primo 37.5mg and the trt slightly up to 12.5mg in the system! This mix helps with the small dosing in the syringe. I’m lucky to have my Mr @RoidRage69 measure and draw up my dosages. He’s the math wizard! If only there was more low dosage AS and Test for us ladies would make it so much easier to draw up and dose at like 50mg/cc! Ok everybody have a good weekend and happy lifting! 💪🌸

Yep can definitely feel the Anabolics kick in!! Bench was really fun today! Body feeling good! We had sleeves on today too!! First set incline bench was feeling heavy but my speed was better after that. Things just started firing!! 💪 Will likely try for 5 reps next week with same weight or move up will see how things feel. Went straight Into closegrip same weight as incline 155lbs. Did 5x3. Was gonna just do 3rep sets but felt great strong and good rhythm so stayed at 5 & I did ARMP last set! PR on BW Dips! Best my best by just 1 rep but dang they felt good 25 reps👍🎉 I’ll take it!! And tomorrow we deadlift. So that will be fun. Might just go up doing singles will see. My weight is creeping up but only been one full week on the primo. But more water on board for sure muscles will be a bit fuller. Should settle. Thinking the metabolism should kick in! I'm excited as hell to see how high your bench will go during this cycle. 5 lbs per week increase on bench while on cycle has always been easy for you. In 6 weeks you will be pushing 185 for 8 reps on bench IMO.

Nope not farmers girl my dad diesel mechanic. Grew up on horses western, as a younger kid, so had strong legs from riding. But after parents divorced my mom did move to 20 acres and I lived with her and step dad for a couple years only. 4-6th grade. We had small farm but not commercial farm. We had horses cows pigs a goat chickens a pet rabbit had few geese dogs cats garden. So sorta farmer. Was a Tom Boy not girly girl. I learned to hunt shoot a gun 4th grade. I did throw around some hay bales, bags of grain. My step dad did a lot of the butchering farm and hunting deer or wild. Didn’t learn any of the butchering but I did learn how to kill the meat chickens and pluck them. I can gut many fish. Not good at filet them tho. Lol. I got some farm like skills. @Kindafitkindafat is farmer girl!💪🌸

Yep I’m a powerlifter @zedhed this is what I’m training for In May. But unfortunately that squat has to go up!! Was strong in my mid 40s. Really working hard. Covid put a damper on training for few years!! Appreciate the support bro! 💪🌸

I’ll get it. Body just crapped out from all the previous work!! Mr @RoidRage69 busted a callous on his hand so we kinda had to call it a day. Got the straps out & did bent-overs!! Will have to hit extra shit on accessory day like lats biceps calves abs. Been doing a lot of squats and deadlifts which gets core really well have not had energy after doing abs. Keep grinding & happy lifting! 💪🌸

Today felt good I have a bit of a strained trap/scapula area muscle. Stiff tight I may have strained it at work had bariatric patient (Obese) she’s 300lbs and paraplegic so we have use a ceiling lift with her to move her. I had to lift her large very heavy dependent legs to place the ceiling sling under her. Was fine in the moment! Ofcorse I Had help but I felt it an hour later. So gotta nurse that damn it all!!! Ice crap outta the area sore and eat little extra protein carbs! Heal up and back to usual grind!! The PEDs are definately in FULL effect as I felt a lot better than expected with this area hurting!! I work around it. But damn I really wanted to up the weights anyhow. Was wow that feels so easy and smooth and strong. I feel it more this cycle than any cycle I’ve done. Maybe the stack with Primo on board now fir 2 weeks along with TRT Var. 😍💪🌸 @~Vision~ PSL, I can only say is WOW! Thank you. And Let The Gainz Begin! 💪🌸💪😍👍Have a great weekend everybody.
