That's the way to do a pulling split right here
 
Mk-677 is an excellent peptide. My igf levels shot up significantly from mk677 when I got my blood work done
I can't take it or I will eat everything in the house. I will take it only when I need extra cals.
 
I agree. I find if I take mk677 at bed time I sleep good and wake up hungry for breakfast
I do this. But I train 6am
Soon as I wake I have creamed rice, pineapple , banana , strawberries for breakfast pre training and cinnamon. Will mix it up and add some dates
