I can't take it or I will eat everything in the house. I will take it only when I need extra cals.Mk-677 is an excellent peptide. My igf levels shot up significantly from mk677 when I got my blood work done
I do this. But I train 6amI agree. I find if I take mk677 at bed time I sleep good and wake up hungry for breakfast
