i agree to a point, but in my head it helps pump and maybe a little strength which may help shuttle more nutrients, thats why coach and i prefer anavar, low stress point and when pulsed is basically no health dramas :)

about 10 hour drive, wife and i were going to fly byt we also had a wedding to goto the week after so we figurewd drive down and make a trip of it haha

im back home now :) log will be back in full force, just wanted to share a little update,

weight this morning after not weghing for 9 days in melb is now 85.3kg, this is the leanest and heaviest i have EVER been, still visible abs etc,

also more positive news, i have been practicing for weeks now to flex my left quad if you have seen previous posts or checkins i almost get no seperation in it at all,

so got the wife to snap these pics last night for me flexing them, super happy with it

also more positive news, i have been practicing for weeks now to flex my left quad if you have seen previous posts or checkins i almost get no seperation in it at all,

so got the wife to snap these pics last night for me flexing them, super happy with it

we have kept it nice and lean, this is us officially pushing into the time to get large size phase, we upped the anabolics ever so slightly, still reliant on a lot of the alternate pathways of igf1 through gh and now the input of lantus on high days to body metabolise the high carbs and to furhter push the igf1, am able to up the gh in the coming weeks, and the wife recently got the shits with it, so if she still is over the gh come next week ill probably up to 7 or 8iu if ok with coach and that will probably be peak dosages until we can put on more tissue,

for reference i am now the heaviest i have been ever at the leanest ever, at peak from water and fluid i was 86.2kg back from melboune, now more stabilised am around 84.5kg fasted post peepeepoopoo. super super excited to put on some real tissue in these coming weeks,

cause implementing anadrol, so we are pulsing orals, so the anavar is so mild on the body we put in low dose on off days when food is lower to add anabolic, then on training days we have a low dose anadrol 25mg to really PUSH all the food in and get the most out of the session, its all low dosages that body agrees with but the synergy together works really well :)

everyone different though, im lucky where even high dose orals dont bother me other than reflux (im arab its in the blood anyway haha)

yeah coach has me starting on baby dose 25mg pre workout, because if we push hard and it stuff appetite then defeats the purpose, we want all teh anabolic load we can get as long as food is digesting :) these next few weeks should be very interesting, hopign to really make some solid progress

haha nah man i just do what the coach says re plan that we discuss and go through, idea is to keep bloods clean and run compounds as long as we can whilst bloods look good, main anabolic we work is food then sleep then training then gh then the actual anabolics :) maybe in the future though a baby dose of tren, i like how it makes me feel, just if its what is best suited at this point

Morning Lads, hope you all had a great weekend, got my bloodwork results back just wanted to share, ive currently been "on" since January 1st now when i started my growth phase officially, and only been with my coach 8 weeks (where all the crazy progress has been) ill be honest i had bene putting off getting bloods done as i didnt want to see anything bad that would make me stop haha,

well im happy to say these are probably the best my bloods have ever come back, so im really glad my cycle design has now changed to higher gh lower anabolic as it seems to work much better with my body, my cholesterol and liver was EVER so slightly out which is normal on cycle, but have only just added in more healthy fats on low days so expecting to see that get better and the liver makes sense as trained legs the day before

please keep in mind as well that i took no days off the gym prior, trained legs the day before and am currently sick, also that 7k test reading is on 625mg test e as bloods were taken prior to upping the dose to 750mg,

just wanted to say a quick thank you to @Liquid Gold Labs and the team as the products are OBVIOUSLY of the absolute highest quality,

yeah we spoke about it, 220 at the moment for my bodyweight is still plenty we both feel, especially with carbs hitting 800 on high days, as my bodyweight goes up or if we stall i believe he may increase incrementally, we originally started at 200, went to 220, next i would imagine would be 240 once i add more lean tissue to facilitate it properly, im still quite small i just take good pictures, 5'9 85.5kg fasted pretty lean maybe under 10%

haha nah man i just do what the coach says re plan that we discuss and go through, idea is to keep bloods clean and run compounds as long as we can whilst bloods look good, main anabolic we work is food then sleep then training then gh then the actual anabolics :) maybe in the future though a baby dose of tren, i like how it makes me feel, just if its what is best suited at this point

some pics from checkins for coach today, as of now, heaviest i have ever been at this weight (85.5kg) fasted this morning, think its roughly a kg every 2 weeks we have been putting on since the start

tissue is slowly coming on without the bodyfat, have been working with coach for 8 weeks now and the changes have been immense,

current stack as below same as before:

Training Days - 4575 - 220p 800c 55f
Non Training Days - 3070 - 220p - 300c - 110f

did arms yesterday as still recovering from sick, may do chest tonight, may do legs, will see how im feeling to be honest, looking at trialling out a new gym as well, sick of the travel time at night, great workout last night, nice pumpous mumpous, waiting on coach to come back with feedback, had a chat with him we may be reworking some things slightly

haha nah currently have anadrol in at 20mg on training days, tren would be something hypothetically at the END of growth phase before we did a health phase, but honestly we dont need it, im growing very quickly at the moment, if it aint broke dont fix it

haha good question, honestly, because it works for me really well, keeps my bloods good and we are going through a different pathway to old school, generally people abuse doses and compounds that their body cannot handle, for me, test / primo / mast then the low doses of anavar and anadrol i can run at the doses given for pretty much forever as my bloods have seen with little to no effect on my health,

by doing this we then leverage the GH as the main component for growth, keeping bloods stable, appetitie great and body responsive through the large levels of igf1 from the anabolics gh and lantus,

also this will be a final push for a total of 8 weeks, after that body will have a recovery period in which doses and food will be lowered, but by keepong myself healthy throughout and lean, will just get me sensitive to blow up yet again,

hope that makes sense but apprciate the questions! really its just the method that works best for myself, if bloods or blood sugar or anything was out of range we would reconsider, also honestly, always wanted to try 8iu gh have heard some srs changes occur haha

neither of those are an issue for myself as i live the lifestyle DAILY - diet / nutrition and daily cardio no exceptions unless sick, i eat foods that digest well (for me) and do not bother digestion, i do not have to force food ever, i keep in 1mg retatrutide per week, which keeps all bloods and blood sugar on point even with high gh,

so long story short i agree with you completely as you can see from the bodybuilders of old whom would use the addage of bigger is better, blasting massive doses and eating everything in site then wondering why their gut was MASSIVe haha Jimmy the aussie bodybuilder comes to mind, looks like a ninja turtle haha,

because now i know many large large bodybuilders with small waists using MORE gh than years past due to cost and availability (10-20iu a DAY for extended periods) with small butterfly waists,

even longer story short thats why i like high gh over high anabolics, and i monitor all my markers correctly with weekly checkins with my coach and almost daily updates :)

BUT i could be wrong if at the end of the 8 weeks i look like a ninja turtle then i will agree haha, but if i look 3-4kg heavier with the same waist then i will be VERY happy, sorry for the long answer! i actually like having someone to chat with on here other than just comments with no replies, any more questions please ask away my friend! :)

yeah agreed, always down to discuss options etc, but me paying a coach whom i trust means im locked in haha, and we are in big agreement on how to progress with this plan, he is also a big stickler to make sure i am healthy and not doing things silly, he has said numerous times that this will be max dosage of anabolics in the push for the next 8 weeks and gh has peaked at 8, as for my size anymore than that most likely wont give any additional benefits as some say the magic starts around 8iu ;)

ive pretty much stayed around the same ish bodyfat the whole offseason from 81ish kg up to 85kg im just holding a bit more water, so as long as i can get to 90 with decent abs then job complete in my eyes haha! appreicate the support mate!

thanks brother! yeah man this is max dose now as per coach, absolute worst case we may add like a bit more drol or maybe some low dose tren near the back end just to get the most out of it, but biggest thing for us is the high gh, so longer the better we are on that,

food may potentially go up, but its already pretty high, big big focus is new training split, (everything needs to be bigger) but focus for this bit will be arms shoulders (side and rears) and back from width to thickness,

everything working together, training split will change slightly next week to focus on what we want to bring up most, then its just train balls to the wall as much as i can and get the gains we need, if we can end up around 88-90kg same bodyfat at the end of the 8 weeks would be amazing.

thanks man! yeah this next 8 week push is going to be back / arm and delt focused to REALLY push some growth into them so should be interesting!
Delt is going to cap out big time :D
