Don't do this in one shot. Add in 200cals every 1-2 weeks until you get to where you want. Your maintenance may not be 2800 anymore if you've been dieting for a while. Last thing you want to do is put on a bunch of fat at the start of a growth phase. What are your current cals/macros?

Don't do this in one shot. Add in 200cals every 1-2 weeks until you get to where you want. Your maintenance may not be 2800 anymore if you've been dieting for a while. Last thing you want to do is put on a bunch of fat at the start of a growth phase. What are your current cals/macros?
Mostly keto atm, average around 2300 depending on the day. Macros are around 50g carbs 150g protein 160g fats. I can definitely go up slower. 2500 first or so. I can also manipulate cardio. Ill be watching fat lvls closely Thanks for the tip.

I rate it, started using it after getting long covid and helps with general heath , atm i only have it few times a week.
It was all on special yesterday so thought best to stock up and save a few coins.

Actually really liking the sleep magnesium mix with passionflower and hops, along with the gh sleep has really improved. I'm getting better results then with Valerian.

Yeah I prefer it cooked fresh, gave up site work years ago, work about 60% from home so very lucky to be able to cook as I go.

Also I skipped a starting blood test in favour of LCMS testosterone and E2 every 4 weeks and then full bloods in 8 weeks.

Heap of fatigue right now, 4 gym sessions in a row and increased volume over last few days.
Recovery day tomorrow or will I self sabotage hmmmm.

Left shoulder slight improvement, going to be slow recovery

Non radiographic axial spondyloarthritis. Suger and complex carbs are the triggers, which is brutal because one of the symptoms is fatigue and all you crave is suger for energy.
4yrs and big $$$$ to get a diagnosis. Zero pain now and no meds which is crazy.

I'd say a lot of foods in the carb category can be quite inflammatory.

In my mind the reason your keto style diet is working is because it's essentially an elimination diet.

What I would be doing if it was me is log a food diary, eat only foods you know you can tolerate and once per week or 2 you can add one new food item. If you feel good it stays if not it goes on the cant eat list

Yeah you totally have it, so long as it's low im good. Last night was a small flare up due to accumulated fatigue and it attacked in my bung shoulder which has inflammation. A day later and it's great.

I started elimination diet just didn't stick with it, i know high oxalates set it off so no kale or spinach . And unripe Bananas due to starch content. Potatoes are a massive no, probably the worst behind refined sugar and bread . But I'd kill for a slice or sourdough. I'll have to finish eliminating one day.

Also want to try Oral BPC might be interesting to see if that helps with the foods causing inflammation.

I would say being on oral bpc year round would probably fo wonders for you, if you can find a cheap source for a bulk amount.
