Arms from yesterday, food and anabolics in full force now, strength is up, pumps are crazy,

chatting with coach and ended up taking half an mg of arimidex on sunday cause was feeling off, turns out my estro was accurate ( we thought it wasnt as it was way too high) and am feeling much better, libido back, dropped water, breathing easier from lack of estro water, pumps are MUCH better and strength is up, great success :)

we had the results from last test as attached (think i put them up already if not just missed them) but we thought

1. they stuffed the estro as way too high, or 2. was in range to the MASSIVE levels of test 7k haha, also ZERO side effects, no gyno, no bloat nothing etc, only thing was noticing was just lack of libido like a big cbf, we put it to high food and high gh making me tired, but then thought why not try it, half an adex and 2 days later feel like 25 percent better, bit less internal water etc so my numbers were real, looks like for me that primo stops the e2 sides with body but in blood doesnt effect it, everyones different! haha

I see I might have missed them. Thats a very high level. Arimidex 0.5mgs ED to lower for 2 weeks.

I prefer aromasin, still got a box of adex here for emergencies though.

My e2 feels good around 160pmol/L while on a blast

Watch out for e2 rebound when you end up coming off the adex
Ya literally why I grabbed some aromasin today haha adex fucks me when I crash. So gunna try different approach. Aromasin better for lipids too. All I had on hand was adex haha

I felt so much better after that 0.5mg so I’d imagine little bit more aromasin and I’d be laughing

Switch to aromasin for sure, its a better Ai go 12.5mgs ED for 1 week and switch to EOD after. @Oracle911

Hallo, chest session from today whilst in canberra

was really good to start but getting slight shoulder issues coming back, which is a pain as will be having 2 chest/shoulder days moving forward, luckily i coach my physio and she has helped me out with some exercises and i may grab some bpc in bulk to load up on to give it some leeway,

luckily high gh and high food should keep me with some water in the body so i dont get too battered up, crazy pump but was nowhere to take good selfies.

attached one post workout with noice poomp, bad angle and lighting so i look washed out, then i took one in the hotel under the goonlighting, considering this is my heaviest i have ever been now that i have my estro under control i have veins up my abs again haha

we continue on!

high day is 230, we raised fats overall to slow metabolism a bit as i was burning through food, working well so far! :) im still not that heavy haha, once bigger we may up prot again
If you have a high metabolism, you need to have a positive nitrogen balance 24/7, get higher protein in imo is key.

really? appreciate it man, spent the day prior with my close friends so my food was a bit lower than normal and we ended up walking like 20k steps, which shows why my legs a bit flat haha, thanks tho! got another 8 weeks to push!

@Oracle911 chest press machine is a great way to get things off the ground. muscles look outstanding. also impressive on the pulling splits

Final 6 week Push

Food - Has been increased

TD - 5035 - 250p 750c 115f
NTD - 3450 - 220p 350c 130f

PEDs - Final Increase - To facilitate super high cals and super hard training phase for Push up.

Test E - 600
Primo - 600
Mast - 500
Tren E - 105
Drol - 50mg TD ONLY PRE
GH - 8iu Pre Bed
Reta - 1mg Per Week

Overall we have put on alot of solid muscle tissue, this is the final push with fully titrated food and doses to see what we can eek out prior to cruise and health phase.

Very Keen to see how we go, aiming for 90kg lean fasted, currently sitting around 86/87kg in morning, started 10 weeks prior around 80/81kg

Arms last night absolue maddening pump, shot 100mg tren e in the morning to get it in for the week as im very impatient, my body responds VERY quickly even at low dose, aggression was up, veins up, felt great, got 2nd push day of the week tonoight, gunna try get some pumped pics post workout,

also knock on wood have been shooting 250mcg bpc157 a day and 1mg tb500 a week and doing my exercises for shoulder daily and it seems to be getting stronger,

250 protein! highest ive been at, low days are 220g but i have 5 high days a week now as i train 5 days instead of 4, so the 2 low days give my body a little rest in processing high amounts of food haha, honestly 4 days in so far, 5k isnt too bad :S

Photo from Checkins sunday, cant hit 87kg to save my life haha have been 86.95 a few days this week, 5 high days and training sessions monday- friday so hoping this with our increased doses we can start pushing up weight wise, definately feeling bigger, also getting a sleep apnea test coming so i can see, as have been getting more and more tired duringthe day

haha man my stomach wouldnt handle it, already 5k and still under 90kg, gimme a few months, when im over 90kg or closer to 100 i reckon we would push protein again closer to 300 :)

Seen you comment this alot. Id like to know if this a joke or what you mean by protein even higher than 300? I dont see anywhere where thats backed up especially when hes under 90kg (total mass) not even lbm. Apart from being more stressful on his organs the extra protein wont do anything more to benefit himself. He may aswell use the extra cals as carbs to stimulate growth? Just curious

We found higher protein with cycles leads to better gains. Backs up? I'm going to assume you have clients as a bodybuilder, have some of your clients on bigger cycles up the protein a bit and train more you'll see a huge difference in size.

I know oracles working under the guidance of a really experienced coach. Surely not everyone can handle such a large amount of protein?
Would you just reduce the carbs and up the protein or just cals in general ?

DB front raise, machine shoulder press and seated bent over rear delt fly is A+
All of these are really good exercises. That many people can Implement so good job.

Pull session last night, trained with a mate whos getting back into bodybuild, always good for a laugh and a push through a workout, great pump 50mg @Liquid Gold Labs anadrol just full blown, weight stll not hitting above 87kg haha coach update should be tonight to see what changes, we alrady spoke during the week and PED's are at peak for this last blast so chnaces are food will potentially go up to help it all shuttle

3 months!? damn didnt realise it was that long term, im doing i think 1mg tb500 a week then doing 350mcg bpc everynight with gh pre bed, was doing a low dose but maybe ill need to grab more, ive been consistent with it now and i can feel improvement, that also with doing my exercises, so im hoping fo rhte best, only have 5 weeks left of this blast so im sure ill be fine, may load up so on my cruise i blast the hell out of the healing peps haha

@Oracle911 tb500 and bpc will start kicking in after a few weeks. let us know how it feels. work on mobility for your shoulder and stretch!

3 months!? damn didnt realise it was that long term, im doing i think 1mg tb500 a week then doing 350mcg bpc everynight with gh pre bed, was doing a low dose but maybe ill need to grab more, ive been consistent with it now and i can feel improvement, that also with doing my exercises, so im hoping fo rhte best, only have 5 weeks left of this blast so im sure ill be fine, may load up so on my cruise i blast the hell out of the healing peps haha

i mean you don't have to go 3 months. but realistically that is how long it will take to heal a lot of these soft tissue injuries once you get older. i mean unless you are still in your teens or 20's. that is why pro athletes usually start dropping off in their 30's
 
Those should definitely help with the shoulder. Just be careful as you train obviously.

TB and bpc will help a lot, see if you can get mk677 nutrobal before bed as well to help you.

Update from check-ins today. New highest body weight at this body fat 87.9kg. Bloods in few weeks then if clean continue to push up. Aiming for 90kg at this body fat.

Thanks man! really appreciate it, ive been trying my best and pushing really hard on all aspects really, have had great guidance from my coach @AE1079 and great support from my sponsers great products @Liquid Gold Labs.

I have bloodwork in 2 weeks, if we are still all good to go we are going to continue the blast an additional 2 weeks so we top out at a total of 20 weeks then we will clean out and cruise let body have a bit of a break before we go back up :)

Pull Day from Last night, wasnt feeling 100 percent, just run down from work etc,

got a great pump, strength still up, very keen to keep pushing, tren even at 100mg is defs now in the blood haha
can you do 5 sets of chins? :D
