Arms last night absolue maddening pump, shot 100mg tren e in the morning to get it in for the week as im very impatient, my body responds VERY quickly even at low dose, aggression was up, veins up, felt great, got 2nd push day of the week tonoight, gunna try get some pumped pics post workout,

also knock on wood have been shooting 250mcg bpc157 a day and 1mg tb500 a week and doing my exercises for shoulder daily and it seems to be getting stronger,

hey lads, chest from last night sorry screen a bit weird at the end of the plan haha,

training is good, am grabbing some tb500 and bpc157 as will be pushing hard this phase and dont want my shoulder to become a problem so will be doing everything to keep it good,

food and gear still same as of now,

also attached 2 pics from checkins on sunday, heaviest i have been with abs ever, 86/87kg, very excited for this push up, believe we are aiming to hit 90kg with abs then let the body have a bit of a break food and gear wise before we go up again :)

250 protein! highest ive been at, low days are 220g but i have 5 high days a week now as i train 5 days instead of 4, so the 2 low days give my body a little rest in processing high amounts of food haha, honestly 4 days in so far, 5k isnt too bad :S
750 grams of carbs? thats huge with only 250 protein, pump that protein at least some shakes or bars :D

Photo from Checkins sunday, cant hit 87kg to save my life haha have been 86.95 a few days this week, 5 high days and training sessions monday- friday so hoping this with our increased doses we can start pushing up weight wise, definately feeling bigger, also getting a sleep apnea test coming so i can see, as have been getting more and more tired duringthe day

haha man my stomach wouldnt handle it, already 5k and still under 90kg, gimme a few months, when im over 90kg or closer to 100 i reckon we would push protein again closer to 300 :)

Seen you comment this alot. Id like to know if this a joke or what you mean by protein even higher than 300? I dont see anywhere where thats backed up especially when hes under 90kg (total mass) not even lbm. Apart from being more stressful on his organs the extra protein wont do anything more to benefit himself. He may aswell use the extra cals as carbs to stimulate growth? Just curious

We found higher protein with cycles leads to better gains. Backs up? I'm going to assume you have clients as a bodybuilder, have some of your clients on bigger cycles up the protein a bit and train more you'll see a huge difference in size.

I know oracles working under the guidance of a really experienced coach. Surely not everyone can handle such a large amount of protein?
Would you just reduce the carbs and up the protein or just cals in general ?

TB and bpc will help a lot, see if you can get mk677 nutrobal before bed as well to help you.

yeah tb and bpc are peptides you gotta stay consistent with. they do take a while to really kick in. keep up the good work though

DB front raise, machine shoulder press and seated bent over rear delt fly is A+
All of these are really good exercises. That many people can Implement so good job.

thanks mate, how do you normally dose tb & BPC, im going low dose as running high gh, figured the synergy would work well as per coach as well,

hey mate, same as above, whats your goto dosing? i must admit i do miss days with the bpc, luckily i keep tb once a week so less likely to miss haha

also chucking in some rear shots from Sunday Checkins cause felt they look pretty decent, considering how weak my rear double was to start
