Goal wt: 60kg (132.27lb)

Ok. So did weigh ins at 0900! Made weight by just a hair!! I had extra potassium & dandelion root also took a 40 minute hot tub at the gym yesterday. One 4 ounce strong brewed Keurig french roast coffee at 6:30am weight was 132.1lb on my scale. I spit in a bottle all the way down to venue was about 1 hour drive! Lightest I’ve been in over 22+ years. Pre daughter was bout 145lbs
Weighed in just a quarter pound or 4 ounces under! Was up weighing myself in middle of night. Didnt sleep great. So got there peed, I stripped to undies only 59.9kg/132.05lbs officially! Got equipment check, rack heights, openers all check! Such a relief now carb load! Had 10grams glutamine bout 100grams of carbs from Gatorade/dextrose creatine added salt potassium. Taking our shots
i'm horrible at female body fat so won't even guess. but you are very very lean. that helps get you in a lower weight class @RoidRageWife

Now sip liquids. Don't make weight like a buddy of mine who then was sloshing around 7lbs of liquids an hour later and feeling every ounce lol

we will see. i'm still not convinced that women belong anywhere else except the kitchen and bedroom. i used to keep my ex wife locked up in the house and she wasn't allowed to go anywhere without me. and if she was allowed to go grocery shopping once a week i would follow her with my binoculars from the corner of the store @RoidRageWife certainly the gym would be out of the question. i would not appreciate men looking at her

Just wanted to compare what she looked like at 139 lbs 8 weeks ago til two days ago at 132 lbs. Both photos taken 15 min after waking up in morning. It's amazing how much she has changed so quickly. I thought she looked incredible in the first photo 8 weeks ago until I saw the latest pic side by side.

Weight: 143.4lbs

Happy Sunday! The meet was fun! The sun was shining nice day! We brought @RoidRage69 dad to the comp. He may have gotten bored in between our lifts! lol. Was 6.5 hours long! Only Like 35 lifters. Also my daughter and her fiancé came to support us. That was awesome! Totally over packed our food. There was no one else in my class for tested or non tested. Masters or open! Everyone very supportive in powerlifting. Such friendly athletes. What I love bout powerlifting. Several master lifters so was nice to see. Nice to have a crowd doesn’t know you but they scream for you to succeed! Good feeling. Love it. Very small venue space inside a Highschool commons area. We did not get to see any of the bodybuilding or Oly Wt Lifting.

Went to bed Friday at 145lb woke up Saturday at 142.2lbs. I guess successful carb load! 👍 all my lifts were new State records so that’s kinda cool. (They were not very big numbers before) so I set the bar higher now! I got all my squats PR there 140kg/308.6lb felt great! Woop! 🎉🏋️‍♀️
Didnt get my American record for Bench my butt came off the bench slightly on my opener lift they had different blocks under the bench for my feet to reach the floor. They did not have the blocks to try Friday at weigh ins! Weight felt great so I had to reattempt 90kg/198.4lbs on my 2nd attempt. so i used just one layer on blocks. Weird blocks not wood built. I got it up no prob! So I went for American record 3rd last attempt chipped weight up from 95.5kg half kilo. To 96kg /211.2lbs grinded for it but only got bout half way up. Prob would got it on 2nd attempt! I got 95kg/209.4lb at gym darn. Settle for 90kg It’s still a “Meet PR” It’s fine. Someone else can chase that record now! Onto deadlifts!! 💪👊

1st and 2nd lifts went up no problem! Got American Record on my 3rd deadlift 175kg/385..8lbs. 🎉 Thats wicked cool!! This was my PR best lift at 72kg weight class 2018! so to be able to do this at 60kg and nearly 7 years older was freaking awesome! Very very proud of myself.

Bench 90kg/198.4lbs comp pr
Deadlift 175kg/385.8lbs AR

I really literally couldn’t have done it without my hubby Mr @RoidRage69 my coach Pushing me in my training and diet. Also helping figure out my PED dosages! Dieting with me. Team work makes the dream work! Huge thanks to @PSL and @~Vision~ Purity Source Labs is the Bomb, for your support and giving me such a cool opportunity! I did it! 🥳🙏🏻🏋️‍♀️💪🌸 This is only the beginning! I drank my Rockstar & performed like one!! But I can do better!
Went out for Mexican food afterward celebrated to be son in laws Bday! Daughter legally getting married next weekend! 💕🙏🏻🥂🍾👰💍Was very good! Thank you evo family for all your supportive cheering comments appreciated greatly.

Happy Sunday! The meet was fun! The sun was shining nice day! We brought @RoidRage69 dad to the comp. He may have gotten bored in between our lifts! lol. Was 6.5 hours long! Only Like 35 lifters. Also my daughter and her fiancé came to support us. That was awesome! Totally over packed our food. There was no one else in my class for tested or non tested. Masters or open! Everyone very supportive in powerlifting. Such friendly athletes. What I love bout powerlifting. Several master lifters so was nice to see. Nice to have a crowd doesn’t know you but they scream for you to succeed! Good feeling. Love it. Very small venue space inside a Highschool commons area. We did not get to see any of the bodybuilding or Oly Wt Lifting.

Went to bed Friday at 145lb woke up Saturday at 142.2lbs. I guess successful carb load! 👍 all my lifts were new State records so that’s kinda cool. (They were not very big numbers before) so I set the bar higher now! I got all my squats PR there 140kg/308.6lb felt great! Woop! 🎉🏋️‍♀️
Didnt get my American record for Bench my butt came off the bench slightly on my opener lift they had different blocks under the bench for my feet to reach the floor. They did not have the blocks to try Friday at weigh ins! Weight felt great so I had to reattempt 90kg/198.4lbs on my 2nd attempt. so i used just one layer on blocks. Weird blocks not wood built. I got it up no prob! So I went for American record 3rd last attempt chipped weight up from 95.5kg half kilo. To 96kg /211.2lbs grinded for it but only got bout half way up. Prob would got it on 2nd attempt! I got 95kg/209.4lb at gym darn. Settle for 90kg It’s still a “Meet PR” It’s fine. Someone else can chase that record now! Onto deadlifts!! 💪👊

Yes that's me. I weighed in at 228. 2 years ago today I weighed 295.
proud of you man. I honestly thought that was one of the judges or competitors there too as did i'm sure most of the guys. you had a wicked transformation losing 70lbs. it just shows that our bodies can do whatever we want mentally or physically if we believe and execute a plan. the power of positive thinking works every single time

I think I will wait a couple weeks to let all the deca and high test leave my system so I can be a little smaller and tighter hopefully. I just started a cruise today.

Will go 8 weeks and then blast 12'weeks to finish off the year and then go 8 weeks cruise followed by 18 weeks to go into Nationals.

I think I've settled on high dose test and deca for my next blasts. 1200 test 800 Deca. Hopefully a small amount of HGH to help with recovery.

Hey folks. Bee. A minute since I’ve posted. We usually take a week off post comp. Just went in moved a bit of weight & cardio. Our daughter got married last Saturday. Was a nice small ceremony outside In a park on the waterfront. Puget Sound. Weather was perfect. A few tears from me for sure. Proud parents! 💕⚓️ He is Navy so they had an official wedding to get her official with military stuff because Hes getting moved to east coast soon! Just got his new orders. Our baby will be way too far away! Not sure how well Im gonna be able to deal with that. So they will have a big wedding in a year or 2.

Went in did a bit of chest today! Felt a bit heavy always is after big comp and deload. My weight finally started dropping back down. Now tgst hi stopped all the AS creatine and Semaglutide. So hoping to stay in the mid 130s. Pretty much been eating whatever this last week. Always keeping protein up ofcoarse. Been hungry. But cleaning it up some. Will work on form and volume to keep strength gains. Give the liver and organs a rest! Not sure when I will cycle PEDs again.

Gonna build my sumo deadlift back up! Felt good to pull sumo. Weight felt heavy on first set. Better last 2! But we’re doing bout 80% of 1RM. Decided skip RDLs today. Knurling on the deadbar was using today was killing my hands. Mr RR. Tore a callous again!! I didn’t rip any but boy my hands burned today!! How is HGH (not an AS or Androgenic) & 10mg Test Cyp a week too much for a man? 200-250mg week is male dose. None of any of the PEDs I’ve ever cycled have been anywhere remotely close to a male stack! Im quite conservative compared to many female bodybuilders! Not sure where your going with that. But you are entitled to your opinion!

my daughter found my steroids when she was younger and started to use them. I ended up slapping her when i walked into my room and caught her using a key to break into my safe where i kept them. she was dating a biker who knew had to make fake keys. the same day i found a cigarette in the toilet. was very upsetting for me

i think she was trying to piss me off. I do not like biker dudes at all. after i found the cigarette in the toilet she jumped on the back of that dudes bike and sped off and flicked me off. i think she stole my steroids for him to use

yeah when my daughter was 9 I flushed her barbie doll down the toilet in front of her cause I was mad my team lost the football game. i think that is why she is trying to one up me in life. did you have similar issues with your father growing up? or an older brother who picked on you?

Sounds like your shorter tempered and fast to react brother. I tend to be the same a lot of the time when my kids do dumb shit. It's not right but I get it. I lost my shit recently on my oldest. He has wrecked 3 vehicles totaled 2 of them from drinking and driving. The main rule we have now is he is not to be drinking in our house. What u do outside of our house is on you, your 19 now. Caught he taking drinks out of the fridge in the garage that are there for my wife or guest. I was already super pissed and the worst thing I can say to me when I ask you a question is respond with I don't know or I can't. My kids know this. I don't know is a cop out and I can't is not a solution we can we just have to figure it out. I was yelling at him and asked why is he stealing alcohol from us and he said I don't know. I lost it and grabbed the closes thing I could and threw the chair at him. I am not proud of my actions. I only say this to share I am not perfect and fail alot of the time also. The main thing we as parents and as people is we have to mend and repair the relationship when we do screw up. Confront them, go over our actions and apologize. Then continue to love them and working on mending our relationship with them. Maybe just start by apologizing to your daughter and telling her sorry for what you have done. Tell her you would like to repair the relationship and go from there.

We have, he is exempt from any of our vehicles insurance. He is leaving for the Marines soon. Then he is there problem if continues to make those bad decisions. We love him but he has to go and grow up.

Sorry man. Alcohol is a problem. The issue is in the service a lot of times alcohol is part of the culture. On ur nights off you go drinking with ur buddies and if you don’t go then you lose out on friends. So the alcohol issues may never go away but hopefully he can learn some discipline and atkeast build a career

Went in moving the weight just been kinda like a long deload. Been a lot going on last 3 weeks. Our competition. Then daughter got married! This last weekend outta town to spread my mom’s ashes to be fair we hiked up a pretty steep mountain with no trail. It was 85F degrees at least while climbing to spread her with my step dad from nearly 20 years prior.
Got some of her house Packed went through pictures. Shes a bit of a hoarder. She was sentimental. It’s not an easy thing to do was glad my brother was here from NY with his wife and daughter. So our daughter & new son in law as well. Nice family time I guess. Rope swing at a nearby lake. Was hot on the east side of Washington. Workout was fine. Will do another cycle this Fall. One red kilo plate but not for a warm ups!! My one plate used to be 45lb plate, at this gym it’s 20 or 25kg plate, so gotta get used to the kilos. Glad there’s Color coated conversion chart. So flat bench warm up then working sets were a 25kg plate usu do sets of 5. But tryi g to increase the reps so I did do one set 10, the other grips sets of 8 usu at lower weights.

I'm impressed with her strength going up while being off cycle. We are starting week 4 of health phase tomorrow. Soon we will be starting a 16 week hypertrophy/strength cycle. I can see her doing sets of 10 with 185 by Thanksgiving.

Accessory day hit some incline BB bench. Been an awhile since done them. Felt heavy. Everything feels heavy when your post competition. And off cycle. Important to back off and rebuild. It just takes patience. which is hard when your used to a cycle & it just comes a bit more easily. Body has. To have a break from it. But haven’t been worried about calories just eating till Im full and Im hungry each meal. Not going overboard. Keep that protein count up is priority. At our new old small private gym we’ve been at last month or so, went in this morning there’s a gal first thing in the door says, oh your the lady with the arms everybody asking about. Im like oh yea I guess Thats me I introduce myself. She like yeah that prob takes years of work huh? Im like probably I guess been doing it for like 35 years so yes. Consistency is helpful sure. Funny so now Im the lady with the arms. So thats a fun. lol. Have good rest of the week lifting everybody! 💪🌸
