Staying on 150 mg test E is fine through recovery, just pull full labs before November and check e2, lipids, and kidney values before any blast. Once cleared, you can reintroduce heavier compounds with slow load progression.

Recovery pace is great for week 4 with that much mobility already back. Keep the bike and upper sessions controlled since the tb500 and bpc stack is still rebuilding tissue integrity.yes I am doing 500mcg tb/bpc every day. At week 4 post Surgery im back at gym doing upper and able to do 10km stationary bike at home every day.
As of last week i have added Reta @ 3mg a week and Slu-pp @ 1000mcg a day and 50mg 5amino1mq now im able to do cardio again so i can try get body fat down befor blast. @ around 19-21% body fat at 107kg as of this morning.

Australian Health system is garbage. 3 months just to see a Specialist to tell me im going for surgery. then 3 more months to see the surgeon to book in for 1 month later to get it done but saved me $15k and get Free 12weeks Physiotearing an ACL is horrible. i hope you recover. what took so long for surgery?

I Miss doing legs. lost a lot of muscles in the right leg and it looks wack. I gess i can just where long pantsway to go on this workout. hammering the upper body while your lower body recovers. that is the way of champions. you know how to throw that iron around too @OmaD

But when it comes to your health, you'll be surprised at what changes can happen within the first 2 or 3 weeks of changing up your diet and exercising.yes good weight but still alot of fat. I like your mentality for sure. Take it week by week and month by month. Everybody is always in a rush, but sometimes when you're in too much of a rush you get in an accident. @OmaDyes good weight but still alot of fat. As they say Rome wasn't built in a day ill get there.
