Push : chest press,Machine seated chest fly,dumbbell incline bench press,machine lateral raise,dumbbell rear lateral raise,cable rope tricep extension

glutes/hams: seated Leg curl, lying leg curl, seated Abduction,dumbbell RDL, Glute drive, Stability ball crunch

pull/back: Laying t-bar row , lat machine wide grip pull down, straight arm cable pull down rope, cable seated close grip row, barbell bicep curl, dumbbell hammer bicep curl

quads: Machine seated hip Adduction, seated leg extension, hack squat, dumbbell walking lunges, seated calf raise, hanging leg raise.

Sorry for the long AFK. cycle came to a stop not to long after my last post as i was getting high Blood Pressure. Over all it felt grate and was a good learning curve.

Been on 150mg testE since and on and off at the gym.
Played rugby in the start of the year this year and tore my ACL and have just had Surgery 4 weeks ago so doing recovery stuff now.

I will attach a pic of where i got to. taken about 4 months ago

Will be doing blood work end of month to possibly start a blast in November if Physio recovery is good.

Good to hear you handled the cycle smart and backed off when BP climbed. Focus now on controlled lower body rehab work and upper body isolation to keep muscle while that ACL heals. @OmaD

Staying on 150 mg test E is fine through recovery, just pull full labs before November and check e2, lipids, and kidney values before any blast. Once cleared, you can reintroduce heavier compounds with slow load progression.

yes I am doing 500mcg tb/bpc every day. At week 4 post Surgery im back at gym doing upper and able to do 10km stationary bike at home every day.

@OmaD high blood pressure is a bad epidemic. most people suffer from it who use steroids. its something to be careful of

Recovery pace is great for week 4 with that much mobility already back. Keep the bike and upper sessions controlled since the tb500 and bpc stack is still rebuilding tissue integrity.

The retatrutide and 5amino1mq mix should help tighten composition quickly. Hold those doses steady for 3–4 weeks before touching anything else and retest e2 once weight trends under 105 kg.

Australian Health system is garbage. 3 months just to see a Specialist to tell me im going for surgery. then 3 more months to see the surgeon to book in for 1 month later to get it done but saved me $15k and get Free 12weeks Physio
bros i think everyone complains about health system. truth is no perfect system out there. @OmaD in USA even with insurance you are on the hook for a lot of $$$ for even smallest things.

I Miss doing legs. lost a lot of muscles in the right leg and it looks wack. I gess i can just where long pants :ROFLMAO:

@OmaD When it comes to the way you want to look? Absolutely. But when it comes to your health, you'll be surprised at what changes can happen within the first 2 or 3 weeks of changing up your diet and exercising.

covering 15 kilometers of running with cardio for 30 minutes is not bad. @OmaD You are pacing some good speed. That really is good for your heart health.

Big changes already brother, well done! Hard to get back to it after an injury like your acl so hats off to you for getting back on the horse and to the grind.

Who? I do 10-15km witch is 20-30min of exercise bike every day in the morning fasted.
I dont have a coach yet But ill be after one in the new year when i can get back to work so i can pay for one

He dose his own cardio. Im going to say 5 days a week just because some times i have a day or 2 off cardio but its mostly 7

5days/week is fine, but try to do pre/post training cardio as well @OmaD

Id love to do more cardio but my Knee being only 6 weeks out from surgery makes it hard. im in pain just doing 15km cycling with is around 15000-20000 steps equivalent. ill try for more volume.
I'm not talking about high volume cardio, more like walking on treadmill pre post training not cycling.
 
First leg workout after surgery with @fatboy999 just taking it ezy seeing what i can do. Also taking suggestions on my next cycle i should run will be looking at starting in the next 4 weeks will get bloods before i start

kick start cycle with rip blend 0.5ML day and then 500 test e 500 mast 200 tren
