Deadlifts were good! Went to conventional no hip or groin issues with conventional so will just continue stretching rolling it! I went up scheduled 5lbs got ‘em all. Was tiring. Heart rate was staying high today not recovering as fast during training think was resting less between sets I guess. Did have
rep PR at 308lbs ! Took break from RDLs did increase weight on the one set from 275 up to
297 which is PR for weight but focused on Bent-over Rows went up on those as well 226 up to 231
rep pr there too. Dud easy shrugs was spent. My theoretical deadlift Max should be sitting about 400! One more week of 7rep sets of 5!! Then can do 5x5s!! Happy lifting
