Another solid week I’d say, first week with the new split and am loving it thought I’d slightly bump the gear up test now sitting at 350 and mast at 200 feeling better and better everyday or maybe that’s just because

Have got slightly more acne around my traps if anyone has got any tips on managing would be very helpful
Blood pressure is sitting around 120/50- 130/60 would like to get this down am drinking 4L water daily and 20min of light cardio, blood glucose is in the clear at about 4.8-5.2
Would also appreciate everyone’s advice on what I can improve on/ grow and more posing tips
