If you're in a mass building phase you could bump the cals to 3500 cals with 300p/450c/55f. I like your macros though for what your goals are. I always recommend doing a 2:1 Test/EQ ration to start and then get bloods to see how you're responding as to your e2 with the EQ. You could up the Mast too if you want since you're already so lean and have a Herculian base to work with already! Assuming this is MastE correct?

Also, what is your age? You didn't mention that in your log.

I have just bumped up cals recently so will be letting them sit for maybe another week and yes mast e, I would love to up the mast but there is a shortage and I only have 2 viles left and am 20 years old

Add drop sets on your last heavy movement for that muscle because they let you extend the set safely after failure and push more fibres without needing heavier load. @Benchpresser

Yessir every rep is controlled and gets a good stretch this is my first week doing this new split and I’m 3 days in and back muscles are sore as hell
 
Another update for you all first day back training after the deload week feeling fucking amazing, trained back shoulders and bis solid workout have also changed up the workout split to now back arms and shoulders focused



Bloods have came back looking pretty good I’d say apart from the slightly elevated heamgloblin



Have just started the new mast p 150mg a week from @Gold Standard Labs am keen to see what I can do

Another solid week I’d say, first week with the new split and am loving it thought I’d slightly bump the gear up test now sitting at 350 and mast at 200 feeling better and better everyday or maybe that’s just because @Gold Standard Labs sorted me out with some top tier gear



Have got slightly more acne around my traps if anyone has got any tips on managing would be very helpful



Blood pressure is sitting around 120/50- 130/60 would like to get this down am drinking 4L water daily and 20min of light cardio, blood glucose is in the clear at about 4.8-5.2

Everything looks pretty good bro, workouts spilt is interesting and i like it 👌 mines different too with the Posterior and Anterior days.
Food wise looks decent. Only thing i would swap is the coco-pops. If thats your preworkout meal and you chasing high glycaemic carbs swap them out for nutrigrain healthier choice and higher protein too and stil high gi suited for preworkout meal. Can use your protien shake as the milk so it limits the fats and doesnt slow carb absorption.

For help with cholesterol, these are like a 1+1=3 combo.

Add some curcumin in for joint inflammation and your lifts increase to help assist with any developing niggles.

And if your not holding water and numb hands from the gh bump that to 3iu also.
2iu is merely a therapeutic dose and only really replacing what you may be missing from any shit sleep.
Is your cardio fasted bro?
Keep the cardio regular though as it will help keep your fasted bg levels where they are.

Another solid week I’d say, first week with the new split and am loving it thought I’d slightly bump the gear up test now sitting at 350 and mast at 200 feeling better and better everyday or maybe that’s just because @Gold Standard Labs sorted me out with some top tier gear



Have got slightly more acne around my traps if anyone has got any tips on managing would be very helpful



Blood pressure is sitting around 120/50- 130/60 would like to get this down am drinking 4L water daily and 20min of light cardio, blood glucose is in the clear at about 4.8-5.2



Would also appreciate everyone’s advice on what I can improve on/ grow and more posing tips 😂

On the skin issue @JackD42 has a killa skin cleansing protocol
Yes brother get yourself proactiv if you can afford it or what I use is a cleanser with 5% benzyl peroxide and I leave it on for ten minutes then wash 2-3 times a day. 2 showers a day is important to , but it's crucial to get that morning and nighttime ten minute mask on then rinse, I find with one it doesn't dry out the acne enough another thing you can do is start hitting tanning beds the tanning kills the bacteria on the above layer super effective for killing acne . Cheers brother. Let me know how it goes for you, if the peroxide cleanser doesn't do it you may have to step up to a proactive plan. You can use hydrocortisone for redness if it's super red on your face or wherever but don't over do it with that stuff cause the body gets immune to it and then it will start making it worse if you over do it, the hydrocortisone for emergency redness only particular on face for me. Cheers brother, Benzyl peroxide cleanser is definitely the cheaper route, if you have have acne really bad like I mean your back is covered then you'll need accutane. A good cycle of it too. And if it's mild you can also use adapalene (differin) and an antibiotic. Differin works amazing but the pharmacy grade is over $100 from doctor but it's worth it . It's a retinoid that drys the pimple right up and falls off .if you have any other questions reach out to me brother or send people my way . I'm happy to pay it Forward. Look up adapalene cream that stuff was amazing . I'm not sure how the cheaper versions work but the pharmacy prescribed version is like a miracle cream for acne.

Hey mate! Just had a look through your log. Progression is solid and the addition of the GH brought a lot of fullness. Noticed you drop the EQ dose but must have skimmed past notes on it. e2 crushed on the 3:2 ratio?

Posing looks pretty good bro. Front lat is strong. Some notes for quick fixes below:

Side chest: pull wrists lower, and up/ underneath your rib cage. Will help create more flow.
Back double bicep: Proud chest and lean a little further back. Planning to get on stage? Remember the judges will be looking up at you from a low angle.

Hey everyone

This week has been one of my best I’d say, got a 4 plate hacksquat have also made a few little changes to my gear decided on dropping eq completely as I’d rather have a little higher estrogen just as I am in a growth faze and I upped my test to 400



Added in an extra 50 carbs cause I would like the scale to move a bit more body weight has been barley increasing but strength is through the roof



Am thinking towards the end of my cycle I would like to add In either anadrol or anavar. I have never tried anadrol before and would like to here your guys thoughts/opinion on which to go



And if anyone know of where to find some mast e would be much appreciated I do love the mast p but am getting lazy and would like less frequent injections
