My GP looks after bodybuilders so asked me to retake so at least my numbers aren't wildly skewed. No concerns as my urine creatinine levels are in range)

but prolactin, you should get your macro prolactin tested PEG filtered that will clear it up

This week's check in was delayed due to illness (not wanting to strip off in the garage in this weather) and to let my weight settle after a big Chinese off-plan on Tuesday.

Bloodwork came back pretty much spot on. HDL was the only non-hormonal marker that was off (0.1)

Mass-gain cycle starts on Monday with the aim to put on some size and bring my deadlift up.

Cycle is:

Testosterone Enanthate 250mg /week

NPP 150mg /week

Ok thanks I missed that aromasin dose when scrolling. Ya the prolactin havent seen those levels in a while. One guy I speak with in person had his tits getting milky LOL. Glad you’re on top of it keep us posted.

Yes but 90% of the cases high prolactin is macro prolactin that's not clearing out, I mean at his levels @HarleyGuy if he's the 10% yes he'll need cabergoline

I don't think it's necessary at this point. I have a full panel scheduled for the new year and if I'm asymptomatic and my fertility markers are in check (which the are) then I'm less worried about hormone markers.

No gyno or nipple sensitivity
No bloating or acne

I am pulling out NPP for this cycle, for no other reason that I want to avoid 19nors whilst thinking of future fertility. I did a basic semen test recently and my sperm is "normal" but I would rather take an advanced test before gambling with taking NPP/Tren.

Not that this cycle had a large amount anyway but will just move to 450mg test (250e/200p) and 450mg EQ, 50mg anadrol pre-workout on leg days for the next couple of weeks and 12.5mg Superdrol pre-workout for deadlift sessions (once a week).

Cycle may change again based on mid cycle bloods next month

What is the difference in impact for future fertility with NPP - curious
19nors (nandrolone/tren specifically) have deleterious effects on fertility. I guess all PEDs do but 19nors are especially harsh and I don't want to chance it until I get detailed semen analysis

That being said and I don't like to talk about non-approved sources out of respect for this site, but, I have no plans on using Rohm going forward, I'm very well stocked up for years with a mix of domestic labs for gear, Chinese generics for HGH and peptides, all with testing.

Happy to consider the approved sources here for any of my needs going forward, but it will be a while lol
