Bros is another good workout strategy. I like the different workout with the arms machine preacher one of the best. @s.gentz

Sometimes we need it but we don't want to go overboard with it either. It can lead to more serious injuries down the line. @s.gentz

The food seems like it's not clearing my stomach. Feel like i'm constantly thanksgiving full. Feels like delayed gastric emptying.
Added a prebiotic yesterday although not sure it will help.
No apple cider vinegar. Been taking digestive enzymes.

The food seems like it's not clearing my stomach. Feel like i'm constantly thanksgiving full. Feels like delayed gastric emptying.
Added a prebiotic yesterday although not sure it will help.
No apple cider vinegar. Been taking digestive enzymes.
Try to add apple cider vinegar to the mix and @s.gentz what dose of GLP1 are you on?

Much better today. Prob 95% better. Did pretty good getting food in today. Hopefully just gets 100% and no more issues.
I’m ending the build a couple weeks early and switching to a high volume program for a while.

Another high volume WO today. Gonna keep this going for a while. Not 100% sure what i’m gonna do on leg/chest day yet but i’ll get it squared away and begin this phase proper next week. Just using this week to get weights set for selected rep/set scheme. Stomach about 95%.
All drugs are dropped and back to 250mg/wk test. Wil run low insulin and GH on WO days as well for a little while longer. Gonna get cals to maintenance and stay there for a month or so before beginning to drop a little and tighten back up.
Will prob be wrapping this log up.

I can’t get the food in to support the huge load of heavy weights so the build is done, Al’s going to maint and I’m switching my program to give my body a break.
