Veteran Log S.Gentz 2025-26 Growth Phase Log with PSL

I can’t get the food in to support the huge load of heavy weights so the build is done, Al’s going to maint and I’m switching my program to give my body a break.
We can't go a full throttle indefinitely. So smart move to switch the program
 
Yeah no doubt. I only had two more weeks left on the plan so no big deal tonight it short a bit. The work has been done!!!!

Meal1- 1cegg whites/4 slices 647 toast/2 slices no fat cheese
Meal2- 6oz chicken breast/150g rice
Meal3-post WO shake/bar
Meal4- 6oz chicken breast/60g egg noodles
Meal5-1.5c cottage cheese/pineapple chunks/20g dark chocolate chips

RP Hypertrophy-High volume prep week
Leg extensions-130x12x6sets
Seated leg curls-90x12x6sets
Seated calves-50x12x6sets
BB RDL-135x10x4sets

Cardio
15min incline treadmill post WO

Supps/Meds
12g fish oil daily
15g fiber daily on top of food fiber
Amlodipine/Benazepril 10/20mg daily
7 caps N2Guard daily
1000mg Citrus Bergamot daily
1200mg NAC
1000mg TUDCA
1000mg astragalus
15mg Iron
600mg Tongkat Ali
840mg Renafood kidney support
1000mg Niacin
Digestive enzymes

Notes
Well another build down. Didn't quite get to where I anticipated my bodyweight would land but I just could not get the food in anymore. I don't think 15+ week build are in the cards anymore. This is the second time that food has held me back and i've had to cut a build short.
Started on 9/7 at 193.5lbs and worked up to 227.5lbs as of last week. Brought food back a bt and currently at 220.4lbs.
Will work on getting back to maintenance and holding that a for a while until my weight settles out then it will be time to start dropping BF going into spring. All drugs are pulled except 300mg/wk test and 2iuGH/daily.
This will do it for this log. Thanks to everyone who took the time to comment and show support!!
New log will be started early next year once cutting has begun.

Now we see what happens when I’m back around 200lbs.
Bros, you're going to look good for sure. You're going to have a lot more muscle at that weight, and you're going to be lean. So, I think that's a good strategy. @s.gentz
