Female Log Female IFBB Pro 2026 Road to Olympia Qualification Journal

Hello Evo Family ❤️

New to this forum and decided I would log my journey as a relatively new IFBB figure pro 🥹

For context I’m also new to Australia and relocating here permanently this end of the year so I wanted to explore the community . I started bodybuilding in 2021 and since then all my sources were from Aussie vendors by chance . Hence when I discovered forums I decided I would come in hoping that my experience as an enhanced competitor at this level would be able to give both the lads and ladies some insight and valuable information . There are very few females on forums so it’s always nice when I see some , helps to educate the ladies who are shy to speak up here and provide them a safe space to ask questions too. I’m also hoping this can give the guys a chance to learn so that they can help their girlfriends or manage things in the safest ways possible!

Since the day I started bodybuilding 2021, I had hoping to compete in the figure division in 2022 and ran my first cycle then. I then turned pro in 2023 and ran my pro debut landing first call outs in 2024 September.

As of now I am 3 weeks into my second push up phase this year (reversed from 2000 calories). Did a recomp phase for 4 months before this one upon finishing my first push up earlier this year.

Im taking this year off after my 2024 pro debut to add some size so that I can be very competitive to qualify for the O in 2026 🙏🏻 so far it’s been a great journey adding 7-8kg easily of muscle since my pro debut last year ! I’ve attached some of my pro debut looks from last year!

Current nutrition:
300 carbs
50 fat
200 protein

PEDs:
100 EQ weekly
50 primo weekly
8iu gh daily
3mg Reta weekly
5iu lantus daily
Stoked to have come across another competitive females log! Experimenting with EQ with one of my girls at the moment (as low as 10mg at the moment). How has your experience been?

Welcome to Australia by the way!

20 weeks out check in

Weight: 69kg (before double refeed day), 71.5kg (post 2 day refeed)

Training day food: 370C 45F 200P
rest day food: carbs reduced by 25%
High day food 500 carbs + 200P + burger and fries/ cookies or sushi as cheat meal last meal

Training quality: 8/10

Recovery: 8/10

Average sleep and quality: 6-7 hours (quality 7/10) it has improved a lot this week thankfully

Finally jumping back on cycle today is day 1– enough of this natty thing for me 6 weeks break was great though
Gear as sponsored by @Gold Standard Labs :
- primo E 45/week
- 10mg anadrol 2x a week
- 3mg Reta / week
- 8 iu GH / day
- tren ace 15mg/week
- 10iu lantus

Was pretty flat this week so we got me 2 days of 1000g carbs . Fuckin horrendous of an experience trying to cram down 2000 carbs over 2 days but we make it work 😂 Weight was up only 2kg after 2 days lol

Bigger changes to come and more updates here we go ✊
This should be week 1 completing tren… how is that feeling for you?

- 35 weeks out to first weekend of August

- Previous Check in weight 157.3lbs
- Current Check in day weight : 159.2lbs

Blood pressure measurement 105/60

- Daily step count 7500

- average HR for cardio: 150bpm

- average water consumed per day: (5-6L)

- Daily stimulant usage: 100-200mg

- Digestion 10/10 (good regular bowel movements and food goes down nicely like water)

- Current Hunger levels 1-10: 7-8?

- Feedback on Sleep Quality / Duration: 6-7h (waiting for blinds in my house to store now that with summer the sun is bright AF at 5am lol)

- Feedback on Recovery from each session. GOOD 9/10

- Training Progress: quality at 8/10

Coming from humid hot country to a slightly colder and very dry country it took awhile for me to get the same kind of pumps . Getting there but not quite yet. After high day last week definitely good but I do think I’ll need to salt my food way more being here

- Training feedback: no other feedback so far so good

- If enhanced any side effects or changes to your physique, mental state?
Nil

- Current food:
Training day 400c 45F 200P
Rest day 300c 45F 200P

I basically switched coaches mid way . Just something that had been on my mind a bit for the whole of this year now truthfully . Coach hasnt really done anything wrong because obviously someone can have your best interest at heart and its still not what the body needs.

A lot of my offseason has been left to myself to do granted he does know i know what im doing -- but other than food , even with gear its also quite lax “go do it yourself” and thats even with insulin which I find no matter how much you trust the athlete you still have to play your part and never assume, never asked for bloods (so i had them done on my own).

but its more so where im at as an athlete and with what i know too its good that i engage someone who can also be a mentor and i can discuss things with and make callls together which he isnt quite someone like that -- and thats fine its just his style. He has a very set way of doing things whihc at that point i knew with my body type you cant get too conservative with the food. 20 weeks out and was down so fast the last 5 weeks as you guys can see. It is pretty alarming for my body type considering i worked hard to to get to where i am right now , and getting lean has never been the problem it always turns out to be lack of salt or being too flat or apoint of overdieting and i just saw it going this way again. Wasnt going to roll a dice when im about to spend 20k going to the usa to compete

training programme i have my trainer and myself mainly because there’s really no programming and i guess its agood thing because i learnt to get good at programming and training stuff on my own. So it’d made me the very good biomech trainer that I am today. i stuck through because even if i am advanced i would never want to assume i know better. But yea that was the gist of it . I was also offered a position to assist my current new coach with doing programme for his athletes so it made sense for me to move at some point 😅

I’ve just had my timeline with my coach pushed back to July instead of April . It’s a long story 😅 So just trying to reboot and make more gains myself with some extra time then slowly dig! 🥹 one week back on cycle and it’s 10/10. Feeling super good so far . Crazy how the moment I jump back on the weight jumps up nicely without changes to composition . I’m enjoying and more settled in my new space . And I’m just glad to have @Gold Standard Labs in my corner . As an athlete we do things because we choose it so to have a sponsor is a bonus and just out generosity with this guy . Appreciate the support from my vendor and everyone here ❤️

You look amazing sister, @Jigglybuff very thick delts and arms in the pics and those cuts are showing well even with the weight going up :D
Your training quality sitting at 8 and recovery at 9 makes sense with the cardio
the food macros good split 400/200, very nice to see high protein and carbs

Seriously impressive and the dedication to bring such a package, putting so many of the boys to shame (myself included)

Keen to follow along the journey and log sis, big respect from EVO family!

Damn that first pic is one of the craziest angles showing your upper body development!

Congrats on being offered that new position with your coach! Well deserved.

And I’m just glad to have @Gold Standard Labs in my corner . As an athlete we do things because we choose it so to have a sponsor is a bonus and just out generosity with this guy . Appreciate the support from my vendor and everyone here ❤️
Wow so major size added with the same incredible detail maintained. Unbelievable transformation! You just keep getting better and better. That money spent travelling to the US is going to be money well spent cuz you're going to crush it this coming year! Can't wait to follow along.

That really is awesome - nice work on that :)

I love @Gold Standard Labs story and if I was in Australia I'd be hitting them up for sure. Your log is amazing! Makes me feel very lazy in comparison haha.

I do think the cost involved does push international athletes a bit harder . Because when you have more stakes involved you fuck around less imo 😂

You could always just immigrate over here to North America next. Florida and Texas have pretty big BB scenes from what I've seen online and the climate in Florida would be closer to what you're used to in Singapore. You did say you were missing the humidity lol

Awesome check in, it's easy to tell by your notes here that you're very in tune wit your body and what it needs. Where in the world are you from?

Firstly thank you @stevesmi @Mobster for having me on this podcast it’s a huge huge honour to be part of something this big for the community here on evo! I hope you’ve learnt and enjoyed the time spent together on the podcast just as much as I have ❤️

I shared this with some of the lads before
But I pretty much do what I do and live these principles as an athlete because

1. Everyone says the genetic gifted ones have the least you can learn from (as some honestly don’t have a brain and never had to learn much to help themselves) and I always feel the only way I know my pontetial is t combine knowledge with good genetics
2. In an industry very much male dominated in coaching , proving that women can do it too
3. Prove that even active athletes can still be the best coaches and still help people out since most are still too invested in themselves to truly be caring coaches or people in the community

Thank you everyone for taking time to even listen to the podcast 🥹

@Jigglybuff As I told you on the podcast, the thing I respect most about anybody is when they're a student of the game. I don't care if they're an engineer, I don't care if they work in finance. I don't care if they're a basketball player. I don't care whatever they do, if they're a true student of the game and they study it and they want to be the best at it, that's something that I respect.

I'm listening to the podcast now. You're very knowledgeable for a woman. I'm beginning to suspect that women do know their stuff when it comes to bodybuilding. You are convincing me. @Jigglybuff

You definitely have an all knowledge for someone who is sort of new to bodybuilding. Imagine where you will be in 5 years or 10 years from now at this point. @Jigglybuff

Looking great @Jigglybuff - Doing team gold proud

Loved your podcast episode! It was so informative. Your knowledge about training, physiology, and compounds was so vast it was really impressive. I especially liked how you developed your own theories and try them out. You have all the pieces to become a champion and I can't wait to follow along in this journey you're on. I also think when you retire from competing you'd be an amazing Olympia level coach with your knowledge and experience.

Honoured to have such a knowledgeable and hardworking woman on the team, proud of you sister - you are amazing!

Love your work, keeps this old boy motivated
Loved your podcast episode! It was so informative. Your knowledge about training, physiology, and compounds was so vast it was really impressive. I especially liked how you developed your own theories and try them out. You have all the pieces to become a champion and I can't wait to follow along in this journey you're on. I also think when you retire from competing you'd be an amazing Olympia level coach with your knowledge and experience.
Looking great @Jigglybuff - Doing team gold proud
Well done smashing it
Killing it sister 🔪🔪
Cheers boys!!! Always so crazy to have such overwhelming support from each and everyone of you especially for a female that gets a lot of hate for having more muscle than the average lifting girl or athlete at times 🥺

Thank you so much again @Gold Standard Labs too. I did not get here overnight and am only where I am today because I’ve had people like this team and sponsor to see me fruition. Hopefully I can achieve more and keep raising the bar with the knowledge I share and my progress, so that I can help more people and be more than just an athlete . Too many athletes are just athletes they can’t help anyone that much because they are self absorbed , and I never want to be that 😃 you are what you make of your time as an athlete at the end of the day

More muscle than most of the boys on here definitely deserve the support

Any opinion on the Natalia Coehlo situation? Kinda sux you're competing against people with inflated muscles imo.

I guess one positive is it will get more eyes on the physique class for a little while which is great. Women's physique is my favorite female class.

I am with you, her look just screams inflated delts and quads and it feels wrong when that wins over dense balanced muscle. The only good part is it has everyone talking about womens physique, so hopefully judges start rewarding the cleaner classic physiques the next seasons. :D @BeMe
Though on the flip side we have guys pumping delts full of synthoil and test prop lol.

@Jigglybuff @ifbbpromusclegirl @Gymgirl @Sheshredz @RoidRageWife @Katsumi

I think it’s totally wrong inflated wins over harder work. Definitely loving how everyone is talking about women physique more.
Hoping once I’m up on the big stage judges will be judging for well balanced, hard muscle over cheap tricks.

its basically oil you inject in your muscle to make it look big, think botox but for muscle size @Sheshredz
What’s the issue with that?

Sorry for the dumb question, I just assumed in the ifbb everything is allowed?

No it’s a fair question I’m with you , definitely up for debate but I did think it is a sport whereby there are no rules. Even if they didn’t use synthol I know So many people using site enhancements 😅

It’s risky imo just imagine if you messed up the injection before you got onstage

Oh, so its like oil that just pumps up your muscles?
I think i've seen those guys on youtube, with the messed up arms and stuff.

Yeah, that look isnt right. I suppose its like botox. You do enough, so you cant notice it?

I think the issue everyone has with it is that it "looks bad" I guess.

There are no rules, so lets play the game I believe :D @Jigglybuff but personally I think some of the shoulders look real bad from it and synthol use smoothes out the muscle doesn't give it that hard grainy look, it also causes localized inflammation and top level competitors really win by 1-2% which can be the difference between inflammation and grainy look imo

Like Derek you mean? Lol

Is really unfair for women like @Jigglybuff and @ifbbpromusclegirl that they're actually competing again people like Natalia and the Olympia judges are rewarding it.

The side by side pics of Natalia's quads from last year to this year were ridiculous...

They should do testing for these injections like other sports test for peds

I think the entire sport is risky but it should be monitored for these type of unfair advantages. It should be all about hard work and genetics like every other sport in the world in my eyes.

But I'm just a fan at the end of the day. That's why I'm really interested in hearing your opinion as an actual competitor.

Yes I agree with you that’s why I wouldn’t even risk it . I have heard of competitors at the o in rooms together doing the shots for one another . It’s still risky though and I’ve heard people pop biceps before because the muscle has never swelled that much before lol

+ 12lbs since jumping back on cycle 3 weeks ago . Food hasn’t changed at all so it’s interesting to see how I’m responding . Getting leaner but weight going up 😂

Very happy with how things are going . More settled in the new home and pumps are there before I even get to the gym. We got 33 weeks to the first show so easily a couple more months for even more tissue.

At my all time heaviest bodyweight of 162.5lbs / 73.9kg

This is try, it risky to do, as can go wrong. And make you physique look worse. Some will do what ever it takes

3 weeks into the cycle after being off for 8-9 weeks

32 weeks out

Coach is raising food again this week while we enjoy the Christmas and new year celebrations ❤️

Plenty of time to grow before we start dialing down for the first show of the season.

19/12/2025 (32 weeks out to first weekend of August)

- Previous Check in weight 157.3lb
- Current Check in day weight : 159.2lb

- Blood pressure measurement
Last week : 105/60
This week : 104/58

- Daily step count
Average 8000

- Calories burned during cardio: 200 not sure how accurate (as shown on the machine , HR 145-150bpm)

- Number of water consumed per day: 6L

- Daily stimulant usage, # of mg’s: 200mg

- How was your diet & cardio adherence since last check in? Any slip ups? Nil

- Mental health- how is everything going here?
Best it’s been

- How is your digestion on a daily basis? Any bloating following a certain meal, gas?
Hungry af on current food so I’m happy that we are taking it up a notch to 450-500c on training days

- Are you having regular bowel movements? (Daily)
Yes 2x daily

- Current Hunger levels 1-10: 8

- Date of last high day/ refeed / Diet Break: 19th and 20th November

- Feedback on injuries if any:
Injured my knee 2 weeks back so I went to see a physio. Blessing in disguise I must say , because as the knee is much better. The physio has also managed to pick out why my outer hammies don’t fire as well so he gave me drills to do before leg day and they were a huge game changer on the neural side of things . My leg days tbh are the best it’s been and even better then before injury

- Feedback on Sleep Quality / Duration: 6-7h (quality 8/10)

- Feedback on Recovery from each session. 8/10

- Training Progress:(Increasing weight for the same number of reps, Increasing reps for more reps? How are your pumps?)

Electrolyte balance nailed so we good . It’s hotter now in Perth being summer so gotta add more water again since I’ll be losing more

- Training feedback: went up significantly these 2 weeks . PRs and with better execution so I’m happy

- If you are enhanced are you experiencing any new positive or negative side effects or changes to your physique, mental state?
None

- # of weeks on cycle (if applicable):
4 weeks
Primo 45mg/ week
GH 8/10iu/day
Tren 15mg/ week

- cardio : pulling back one session to 4x 20min steady state on the bike

- meals: training day (450c , 65F, 200p)
Rest days (320c, 65F, 200p)
High day (1000c, 130F, 175P + cheat meal)

Definitely see differences to the muscle tone now. Let’s work! @Gold Standard Labs

So before this your leg days weren't even 100% and they are going to get better?? Omg...how is that even possible lol. You barely trained legs and have some of the best I've ever seen, man or woman. This is going to get really crazy from here. Can't wait!

@Jigglybuff the V shape is very impressive with your back picture. You have an amazing physique. I like your cycle too. Nice layout with the HGH, Primo, and Tren. You don't see tren used by females very often, so it's good to see you using it and showing how it can be used

I just re-listened to your podcast. You are a wealth of information. Definitely, you should come back on the podcast soon. @Jigglybuff

That is true yes. I know a lot of girls using so imo it’s just a matter of many just not disclosing the shit they do 🫢😂 but even though it’s not a fist choice compound for girlsi don’t demonise compounds , the poison usually is in the dose and that’s going to defer for everyone .

But as I’ve mentioned before I am someone who can tolerate pretty well so I will never encourage anyone to follow along .

And of course! Waiting for @Mobster and @stevesmi to do a round 2 👀

Interesting and you dont feel sides compared to straight testosterone sister? :D @Jigglybuff
I never used test

Don’t believe in using it for a female unless for HRT. Mine are in range perfectly so no need to. It’s literally the most bio-identical compound that differentiates between being a guy and a girl 😬
