+ 12lbs since jumping back on cycle 3 weeks ago . Food hasn’t changed at all so it’s interesting to see how I’m responding . Getting leaner but weight going up 😂

Very happy with how things are going . More settled in the new home and pumps are there before I even get to the gym. We got 33 weeks to the first show so easily a couple more months for even more tissue.

At my all time heaviest bodyweight of 162.5lbs / 73.9kg
You look like a superhero!

Incredible physique! It's mind blowing how much you have progressed in a few years. That's a testament to your work ethic and wealth of knowledge. Props to coaching your Olympian client and her partner (Best his looked in a very long time).

Happy new year Evo family! First check ins 2026 underway 😌 took a break from socials the last two weeks but coach was off anyways so I didn’t grab any check ins .

- 08/01/2026 (30 weeks out to first weekend of August)

- Previous Check in weight 159.2 (19/12/2025)

- Current Check in day weight : 164 (stabilised here)


- Calories burned during cardio: 200 not sure how accurate (as shown on the machine , HR 145-150bpm)

- Number of water consumed per day: 6L

- Daily stimulant usage, # of mg’s: 200-300mg


- diet & cardio adherence since last check in? Any slip ups? Nil

- Mental health- how is everything going here?
Just better and better . Very happy and fulfilled with my life currently

- How is your digestion on a daily basis? Any bloating following a certain meal, gas?
Hungry! I can definitely tolerate more food

I don’t know if this forum counts . But I deleted fb and instagram prior to new years and feel great . Too much of a distraction to what’s really important in life.

6 Litres of water a day is awesome to see - I think most of us could benefit with upping our water intake, I am taking this as my reminder to drink more water 😆

- switching out 15mg tren ace to NPP 45mg weekly . Tren ordered in the first 6 weeks more for nutrient partitioning benefits and then now we start the actual push phase
- increasing primo from 45 a week to 60
- food seeing a big increase , 500 carbs 80 fat 220protein training days and 435-450 carbs 80 fat 220 protein on rest days
- reduced cardio to 3x 15 minutes a week just for heart health and basic endurance

Those are some really big changes. You should see a massive boost in the gym with the NPP and added carbs. Should be a great push

Not as sure with female BB'ers but it's possible in as short as a week you'll feel it. In two weeks I know. When I ended my summer cycle and switched from Deca to NPP I for the comedown I noticed a difference between the two, like night and day.

Great question mate!

Mm yes to a certain degree ! I have all the muscle needed for it but will need the arms to catch up . So instead of doing 1 arm day every 3 upper days (since I’m doing an upper lower split personally) I would probably throw in 1 x every 2 upper session

I haven’t thought of it because somehow now I’m progressing on all my lifts so I know if I raise the frequency of arms it could be quite taxing and take away from the progression so I probably won’t . What i probably try doing is I might add a set or two of arms in the week 😬✊

It’s really because they change a lot when you’re flat vs full. Contest shape reveals how much muscle you truly have and I know for most the arms will flatten first so I know I really gotta hyper hammer them 😂

Thank you!!! Agreed that they are my strongest shots and yet also the most important in this division. So we want to make them wayyyyy better so that I have a fighting chance to place very well in the first call outs. I know we can crack the first calls! That would be a great dream!

Nah the knee is no big issue I think it’s just me gaining weight very quickly so it’s also very stiff . No soft tissue stuff in general. I sprained the right knee doing fuck all 2 months back so I know the non injured side is having some nervous system flare up up as a protective response . Didnt injure that , the body has a way of wanting to try to send warnings . So I’ll just have to let time do its thing and be smart with training.

Honestly it’s also my quads just being tight as shit from my bike cardio 😂

BPC 157 — currently doing 1mg everyday as part of a recovery protocol. While it’s probably not going to help my knee tightness (this is just me needing to get body work done to release the quad muscle), it’s great for its digestive properties and anti inflammatory properties too

GHK — giving this a go at 2.5-5mg a day and see how my skin hair and nails go!

HGH — while I’m currently also using the one from Gold Standard Labs, being hyper responsive and sensitive to GH we can ascertain quality of the GH just be consistency of the look 😌 if GH is not GH I will know just by larger weight drops or just flatness in the look

M&Ms — the most anabolic part of me stack

But I’m not worried about these not being quality peps

Adjustments to some food sources made as of since my training day food is very high and after a certain amount specific foods like oats and potato will sit in my gut for awhile . So I opted for some sourdough and fruit bars !

- quality of and frequency of bowel movements? All good too

Current Hunger levels 1-10: 8

- Date of last high day/ refeed / cheat meal on Christmas Eve and New Years

Feedback on injuries if any: left knee is experiencing some weird shear out of nowhere . It’s the non injured side which I’m told comes with some nervous upregulation since the injury on the right as a protective mechanism. Nothing serious. Just have to lighten loads on squat pattern movements for a bit


Feedback on Sleep Quality / Duration: 6-7h (quality 8/10)

5 days off the gym really Helped heaps. Better quality sessions and better head space for sure

Nah the knee is no big issue I think it’s just me gaining weight very quickly so it’s also very stiff . No soft tissue stuff in general. I sprained the right knee doing fuck all 2 months back so I know the non injured side is having some nervous system flare up up as a protective response . Didnt injure that , the body has a way of wanting to try to send warnings . So I’ll just have to let time do its thing and be smart with training.

Honestly it’s also my quads just being tight as shit from my bike cardio 😂
