I Came down with a cold/flu from the kids.... I kept taking this supplement whilst I was recovering from training about two weeks ago.... it really helped with bounce back with my recovery and getting back into training as soon as I could.
This product is a game changer just for overall health. I'll continue to use this product for as long as I can.
