Removed 1 set of each movement to fit into my training time frame.

One only has to learn from watching the King of Hypertrophy Ronnie Coleman how He trained & now Samson Duada even Higher reps.
I believe that guy's like Dorian Yates who are gifted Mesomorphs have the ability for their Nerves to nail the muscles in relatively few Reps but examples of these are few & far between.
With most of us needing more sets & Higher reps to truly nail the muscles.
Plus Higher reps create higher levels of Metabolic stress = more Hypertrophy!
