Few stat's
Just finished a blast of test e npp hgh anavar so going into this cruise to give the body a break before blasting again early new year

44 years old
114kg
Been on trt for many years due to a medical condition been blasting and cruising for the last few years

Current peds will be
Test e 200mg pw split (may adjust) sports trt @ExodusLabs
3iu hgh morning fasted @Sydneycitysupplements
2mg reta to start and will adjust from there
Possible low dose primo during cruise if the bank account allows for it

Current Ancillaries:
- Telmisartan: 40mg daily
- Triple Magnesium daily
- TUDCA: 250mg
- NAC: 1200mg
- Multi-vitamin
- Fish oil
- cialis 5mg
- Low dose aspirin: 5mg
- Taurine: 1000mg
- Berberine: 1000mg
- NMN: 250mg

My current TDEE is approximately 3600 calories. I will be consuming 3100 calories to remain in a deficit.
Macros are approximately:
- Protein: 40%
- Carbs: 40%
- Fats: 20%

Training:
I currently train 4 days per week:
- Tuesday: Chest and back
- Wednesday: Full body
- Thursday: Shoulders and legs
- Sunday: Arms
I try to get a 5th cardio-only day in.
I train with an ex-competitive bodybuilder PT on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He has some knowledge of my PED use.

Nice one grump 👊 what’s the end goal / plan with the defect? Juts keep getting leaner over time or hard cut?
Just trying to cut some fat away
Personally find it easy to stack on muscle but hard to move that lingering fat around the gut always been an issue

but you should play around with that

Yes I do when I can Sunday was straight after work was a big day already done 12000 steps before getting to the gym

when you sit down it's good it prevents cheating
 
Smith machine shoulder i don't know about that
puts a lot of pressure on the shoulder since there's no movement

cross trainer is not bad at least it's a little fun

Depends on what dish but I make the salads on the spot around 30 mins dinner around 45min again Depending on what I'm cooking unfortunately my misses doesn't do much cooking lucky she's good at other stuff lol

Small update Got bloods ready to go for next week will get them done Monday been 3 weeks running @ExodusLabs test e all going well I'm getting a small amount of pip but believe it's probably due to the higher mg test other than that all the normal test symptoms you would expect waiting patiently for his primo to arrive
@Sydneycitysupplements reta is definitely cutting in appetite is down will be starting @Sydneycitysupplements hgh this week will also get bloods for this on Monday
