Im hearing you and makes more sense with deca, but I just want to be able to cull it quicker if I dont mix well with nandrolone in general as I havent used it yet. Still on the drawing board at this stage anyway, still on my current cycle haha

Yeah getting pretty strong on the lat pull down.
Shoulder press I don’t overly push it. When it gets too heavy it becomes an awkward and risky movement. Definitely don’t want an injury.

Excellent decision i always recommend people who have never used a 19nor start with npp for that reason alone, decca takes forever clearing the system, if you run into issues, basically screwed for a long time.

I agree. I find if I take mk677 at bed time I sleep good and wake up hungry for breakfast
I do this. But I train 6am
Soon as I wake I have creamed rice, pineapple , banana , strawberries for breakfast pre training and cinnamon. Will mix it up and add some dates
