The diet app is pretty good too but you have to do everything on the app so it makes setting up your diet a little painful. I've just been using chronometer for logging and I did use the diet app for a build phase and it was good. Same idea as the hypertrophy app. You just answer some questions and they set up your macros.

Nah just sitting at maintanance right now. Eating good with once a week cheat. Training 4-5 days a week. Nothing really to report.
I’ll be starting a new build log a little closer to fall. Right now just enjoying being not as strict for the summer. It’s a been a few years since I wasn’t growing over the summer.

I cycle right now. In a health phase. Have bloods in another month or two. After that I’ll prob get antsy and get something going.

Ha I’m just messing with you bro. After coming off my bulk and going on vacation, I was wondering how I was looking leaner and leaner. The other night I weighed myself and was 198lbs! That’s the lowest I’ve been in 4 years. I was right back up to 204lbs the next day but that’s a sign of being lighter when my 5lb daily fluctuation is hovering that low. Anyways, I did the InBody scan today and I’m only down 2lbs from my last scan and only up 0.6% in body fat and my skeletal muscle mass only dropped 2lbs. So that’s the only change. Pretty good. Although, I was up to 213lbs on June 30th. So I gained a lot and lost a lot but overall, I am sure I grew since my overall build is way more developed than before the cycle.

Doubt it. I’m not checking but even when I tried a few years back I could never really get there at least according to the pee strips.
If I remember right you always had too high protein to get into ketosis. @s.gentz
 
The only time I tried was about 8-9 years ago and I wasn't tracking my food that much so don't really know.
With retatrutide and your dedication, you don't need ketosis. :D

Training is good. Five days a week. Chest, arms, legs, arms, back and abs three times/wk. Weekends off. No direct shoulder work. Just reverse pec deck. Shoulders are fine but don’t think I need to push it right now. Not really following a plan. Just doing what I feel.
Prob start building again in September after physical/bloodwork.

No. shoulder have no issues. Just giving them a break. Everything actually feels great at the moment. Still pushing 80% of the weight I was moving in January. Going high volume/lighter weight while not eating that much. Only carb meal is breakfast. Toast, eggs and cheese. Lunch is 12oz chicken thighs, shake after training and 12oz steak or burgers w/cheese.

No prep in the near future. Another month or so and I have bloodwork and then if all looks good gonna start building in September.

My legs grow like weeds. I’m barely even training the. Four sets of quads per week.
Wish my biceps responded like that.

Stopped tren 4 weeks ago and clen last week-LDL is still a bit messed up due to these items. Going for a calcium score test just to be safe but Doc thinks all will be good.
Based on these labs they have no reason to suspect low iron anymore. Asked them to include iron test next time.
White blood cells have always been low. Just where i sit. Dr is not concerned.
BP 119/79 so meds are dialed in.
Dr is happy with where we are at.

All other labs in range. Prob some of the best bloodwork I’ve had in a while.

There is more than 10 if I tried to ss them.
Clen is done as of 1.5 weeks ago.
Just running 180mg test right now.

Thanks for sharing but I scrolled like 5 times, I don't see testosterone estrogen prolactin lh fsh progesterone shbg free test, alt ast creatinine, many values missing. @s.gentz most important ones for our sport.
This was just general health bloods. No hormone panels. It’s hard to read because of how I had to format the pages. I’ll fine a better way next time or just type it all out.

I have them in a month or so. I’ll post when I get them.
My GP doesn’t pull them as someone who law manages that side of my bloods.

I also live in NY. You can't order your own bloods here. Has to be Dr prescribed which is absolute BS but it is what it is. Merek will send me a lab request but they use Labcorp and we don't have them here. None of the other online labs will service NY.

Nope. You need a Dr script. I can get them from quest but only certain panels and they are fairly expensive.

Arms need work. They look pretty good from the side but my biceps are narrow. Been struggling to thicken them. Might just be my genetics. Hitting them with IGF-DES after training 2x weekly for a couple weeks. The extra volume is def helping.

You just need to do more volume and food, mainly when gains not coming its a diet issue.

I def agree with regard to eating more. I’m going to start slowly bringing food back up. Speaking about growing my arms in general. Even when in full bulk they just don’t get any thicker side to side. I think it’s just genetics. I have a fun time trying to grow them though!! Love arm day!!!!

You do need more food from your last log, food is the key here imo :D

Right now I’m just eating around maintenance. Been a few years since I’ve been in shape for summer. Over the next few weeks I’ll start building more food back in and then into growing season again. Like to push cals very high this time but we will see. 💪🏽

If I were u I would do 4-5 IU hgh daily on this next big push.

I do my best to target inners. close grip work, hammer curls etc. I think this is just genetics. Just gonna keep hammering them. It seems very high volume on the arms is the only thing that helps. I've been able to manage a bit more weight lately on the arms too so that may also help. In the past if I went to heavy i would get tendonitis.
 
I'm mentally ready to push but i don't want to build cals in too quick. Like to stay fairly lean for a bit before getting fat!!! :ROFLMAO:
To push you need to build up the calories :D you wont get fat, wont be an issue if you keep cardio high. @s.gentz

I disagree @s.gents, that sounds like body dysmorphia that we all have. I followed your log for years, and I think you under eat a lot and worry about fat gain too much.
I do 15-30min 5x per week year round.
To stay lean on a bulk, you would need double that around 45-60min/day.

Brother i know the feeling id trade you some of my arm genetics for some of your quad genetics we both win lol, my upper body and arms grow like crazy, my legs always been my weak point stubborn to grow, they get strong just dont put on a ton of size, even when i was lean they would get cut up but not thick, reason why i chose physique class.

Start doing sprint cardio instead, its faster harder but more cardio level. @s.gentz

Don't hate it just prob not gonna do it. Did enough sprinting during my running days. Once I start building again cardio will go from 30 down to 15-20min. Only doing cardio for health reasons at that point. Not fat loss.

That's reasonable as well :D I get your situation, at least 30min is a must, don't lower cardio for heart reasons and to stay lean on bulk. @s.gentz
