Push day again but verrry tough night. Maybe 4 hours sleep and way to tired so rather than skip i kept my workout easy
I didn't count reps today each sets was to failure.
Seated chest press 50kg
Seated shoulder press 40kg
Triceps pulldowns.. no idea lol
Used.machines as mega tired and this protects from injury from poor focus.
