Still fairly new to this. As far as current stats. 6’ 220 16%. Currently on trt only at 150 mg weekly. Thinking about running a 6-8 week cycle of 50mg var, 25mg in the am and the other 25mg in the afternoon along with bumping my test up to 300mg per week. Wanting to maintain what lbm I have while running a calorie deficit. Thinking about starting at a 300 deficit and adjust from there. I have ran var one time in the past and tolerated it pretty good. (Didn’t understand the diet part of all this at that point in time).
I currently eat 5 meals a day on a 40/40/20 macro split maintaining at about 2500kcal
