Cutting cycle recommendations.

Newbie Brother
Still fairly new to this. As far as current stats. 6’ 220 16%. Currently on trt only at 150 mg weekly. Thinking about running a 6-8 week cycle of 50mg var, 25mg in the am and the other 25mg in the afternoon along with bumping my test up to 300mg per week. Wanting to maintain what lbm I have while running a calorie deficit. Thinking about starting at a 300 deficit and adjust from there. I have ran var one time in the past and tolerated it pretty good. (Didn’t understand the diet part of all this at that point in time).

I currently eat 5 meals a day on a 40/40/20 macro split maintaining at about 2500kcal

Any changes or suggestions are welcome.

if you want to add anavar to your TRT, its possible, but hard to say if its needed because we know NOTHING about you broly, you get it right? like the evo brothers helping you on top just guessing as we know nothing, so can you share more about yourself with us?
how? very easy! start a new thread like you did here, and share your TRT log with the EVO family, just add details on training diet supps and sleep and we can guide you into a TRT+ or sports TRT and a anavar blast from there, it will take you 15min max out

It would really be beneficial to post up some pictures and get a log going. Posting up your full workouts and diet will allow us to dial it in macros alone, tell nothing. It's quality of the food that matters in my mind.

@Dp2023 Bros, if you're looking to cut down, why would you eat five meals a day? Cut it down to 2 or 3 meals
Maybe do some time restricted, eating.

So the actual aim, not mentioned, is getting leaner. Primo or Mast might act as muscle 'retainers' in lieu of Var.

@Dp2023 get a log going. diet is more about what foods you eat and what foods you don't eat. less about keeping macros and all that

@Dp2023 i would look into the GLP-1 drugs. these are gaining popularity fast. i'm talking tirzepatide and retatrutide. Just be aware of the rebound effect when you come off though.

@Dp2023 I recommend you, check out the podcast, they are a wealth of information all. So take some time to read some of the articles on these compounds, you will learn a lot in a short amount of time.
The best thing you can do right now is start a log.
Dial in your diet and training before you get on the cycle.
 
Consider less is more with gear, try 250mg and 25mg var prewo

Low dose of retatrutide just takes the edge off the hunger, you don't want to blunt hunger totally.

Make the goal putting on muscle mass while in maintainence or slight deficit.

Then over the couple months watch body composition transform
