Informative cycle advice

Hi guys only as information i want to know from your experience what happens if i do a 500 mg test 12 week cycle, starting at 170 pounds, gain 20 pounds of muscle tissue and at this point 190 lbs , at this point it s difficult to gain muscle, i up the dose to 1 g. Will The gains throw up like a shuttle or goes slow ? What happens to weigh and muscle mass ? How much to feel 1 g effects ? Are those gains immediatly or they take a while ? Just as information. What to know experience and your ideas. Thank you.
 
well there are a lot of factors that would play into how your body would react at that point in your cycle. assuming that you have been on test for 12 weeks already @500mgs and then bumped it up to 1G that would probably cause a slight growth increase but like I said there is a lot more to it then that...at 12 weeks on cycle you will be fighting against myostatin and the effects on muscle gains due to the elevated hormone levels in the blood...bumping the dose will cause you to counter the myostatin for a short period but not for long I wouldn't think...also after 3 or 4 months of moderate to heavy steroid usage your androgen receptors are going to be fried and probably not capable of absorbing the majority of the testosterone...not to mention that your body would just need a fucking break at that point...not a good idea IMO but I have seen some protocols that are implying the same possible end results that I believe you may be looking for...

you would start with a compound being used for 8 weeks...then as the effects of myostatin begin to take over from the muscle gains that you were getting you do 1 of 2 things...either bump up the dosage of the compound that your already taking, or switch to a stronger compound...I wouldn't advise going longer than 16 weeks blasting AAS

I hope this helps some...I have never run this protocol personally but I have learned the theory from someone who swore by the effects of using gear this way...
 
You just gained 20 lbs. how much more do you think you could possibly gain? To even gain 20 lbs on a cycle usually means you are very undersized. It's also a known fact that after around 7-8 weeks of a cycle gains start stalling out because of myostatin. You need to come off and let your body go to homeostasis for quite some time before starting a cycle and seeing gains againi

this is a marathon, not a sprint. it takes years to put on 20 pounds of muscle tissue in this game. not 3 months.. unless maybe you just walked out of a concentration camp or something

exactly... and you know what WILL increase when you have the more is better mentality with test? SIDES: Estrogen, suppression, water retention, high estrogen causes raises in blood pressure amongst several other problems, etc... You don't just continue to increase just because you stopped gaining size after extended use... Especially 20 pounds... For you to be gaining 20 pounds with just test means you were already undersized and part of that was simply getting you to average and normal size. I am also going to have to point out that your not going to gain 20 lbs. of clean and keepable muscle... you could gain 20 lbs. but you i assure you that its not all lean muscle... Do you realize how hard a keepable recomp of just something like 10 lbs and dropping 1-2% is? It's one of the hardest possible things to have accomplished after a full cycle is done and complete after pct etc... There's no way your getting 20 clean pounds... no way... for it to be clean, that means you have to have not gained 0.1% body fat, meaning UNCHANGED or it actually dropped... there's no way your gaining 20lbs and dropping body fat by the time the cycle is over... its not happening... so im not sure the relevance
 
Thats allot of mass in one cycle. Holding on to all of that will be tough. Take your time building your body bro.
 
Too many variables. Most likely youre way below your genetic potential, and your diet needed attention. Btw, if you gain 5lbs of LEAN muscle...youre doing good.
 
what til your done with pct to determine your weight gained.

if you have not started that yet, you will see what i am talking about.
 
Do not take test to 1g for your second cycle bro. Do 500mg test again and throw in dbol or tbol or EQ. The question you're asking cant be answered with accuracy. Your training, diet and sleep, stress etc will be the determining factor.

if you cant gain any muscle at that point, you need to improve your diet, plain and simple.
 
20lbs gained in a short time is almost always mostly water and fat. Jumping to 1000mg right off the bat is a bad idea. Be happy with your gains, continue at the dose used and do a proper PCT. Next cycle try adding another compound in.
