Micro dosing Test Prop

Hey Legends,

I've ever only done two cycles in my lifetime and they both consisted of Test Enanthate taken once weekly. After some recent discussions with some veterans in the gym, they have all advised me to take 100mg of Test Propionate every 2nd day using an Insulin Syringe as opposed to jabbing weekly with Enanthate. Apparently this works better I was advised. Any truth to this or is this gym bro science? I always thought you needed to use the bigger needles for IM injections?

This is a very good question that you ask, yes there is some science behind this, but it doesn't actually translate into it being the only way to use it, or the best way to use it so to speak.

You can actually do this quite effectively with long esters like Test-E or Test-Cyp.
I personally prefer Test-Cyp..
When I'm blasting I use Test Cyp on Monday/Wednesday/Fri..

The reason for this, now although the very first injection on Monday has not entirely fully cleared and metabolized through the system, thereafter I'm still putting in a continuous supply, so fast forward let's say two weeks, now the first injection has already made it into the blood medium, thereafter each continuous injection is now being cleaved and metabolized and each one is ready for the next process with making it into the blood. Therefore I'm having a continuous steady supply, it's just like using testosterone Prop, however the half life is longer but I'm still using it more frequently so there's actually a more continuous and stable level.

I personally feel at my absolute best when using LONG esters more frequently rather than spaced out..

I use a 25g 1/2" or 27g 5/8.

You can use a insulin pin, just rotate your injection sites, you can use that on your delts or VGs... Or quads..

Don't use it subq, You will find that it can be a bit problematic with leaving a ball under the skin and it can get very irritated and very uncomfortable. Still use your injections intramuscular... But on smaller muscle heads like delts (rotation is key)...

Mind you you can do this with testosterone propionate, however you would probably feel a lot better, and feel absolutely amazing doing the same exact protocol with much more frequency while still using test Cyp or testE..

You will absolutely love using smaller needles, there really isn't any need for a larger gauge.

Brilliant, I thought that may be the case with keeping your test levels constantly linear as opposed to the drop off and surge of injecting weekly. Also like the idea of a smaller syringe 😂
@BanksBunny you're better off taking a longer ester, think enanthate or cypionate and injecting it 2-3 times per week for more steady blood levels of testosterone, no low valleys.

But to be honest, the real question is why do you need to inject the testosterone to being with? let me explain. I was checking that you were around since 2020 and never shared with us anything deep, not your cycle, not your LOG nothing, can you tell us why no sharing bro? we are here for you whole EVO family but no share back ever. I'd like to see you share a LOG journal with the community to see where you're at and your situation.

Yes that's fair enough. I will give a short summary.

In 2018 when I started this journey, I was a 38 year old, 130kg father of 3 that had never seen the inside of a gym. Fast forward to 2020 when I joined I had managed to diet down to 90kg, I was following the Starting Strength routine for 2 years.

In 2020 I was diagnosed with ADHD and OCD. Went through quite a rough patch for 2 years with Anxiety, Depression etc.. and was pretty much AWOL when it came to training as all the meds they put me on basically had me like a zombie.

Thankfully last year I got a handle on all mental illnesses where they don't affect my day to day life anymore. Started training early last year again and then somehow destroyed my rotator cuff and spent 7 months in rehab last year.

Juat got back into full training 2 months ago and building up strength again. Almost back to the numbers I was at in 2020.

I don't typically post pics and stuff as I'm extremely shy and my body kinda sucks with all the loose skin etc... Also I'm not really good at sticking to a routine of posting updates regularly, I go missing at times when I get a relapse of anxiety /depression 😂

Love the community though and the genuine advice and care the members have for each other.
 
Completely and utterly pointless. Most who talk about micro-dosing discuss the idea of 'even' or 'level' test levels. But to what end? More gains - nope? Even the idea, for the few that have a better sense of how they feel 'on' wont notice much. And it's not like you MUST use prop (which requires more pinning) vs cyp. The old excuse of product availability no longer applies

well it would help if you started a LOG journal in a NEW thread talking about your Diet training lifestyle and history and sharing more about yourself. WE can guide you more as a community, not just 1 off thread.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

Thanks for the reassuring words bro, it is greatly appreciated. I've decided to bite the bullet and start a log. I'm heading overseas for a couple of weeks and will start the training as soon as I'm back but will start the log tomorrow so I can feedback on what I plan to do as no doubt it will need some input from you guys, I'm a novice after all. Maybe I'll detail my complete history of my short fitness journey and the frustrations I've come across learning all this stuff. Who knows it may help other lurkers out there.
 
I have been at this over 15 years... no matter what, especially if you ask enough or dig enough, you will always find someone with a different opinion or method, just like with ANYTHING else in life... I have coached thousands of people and have talked with some of the brightest minds you will find all over the world that deal with TRT and testosterone specifically as their specialty and myself and these experts all come to the same conclusions that the longer esters pinned twice a week give the best blood stability and overall feeling... This is something you have to test yourself through trial and error but far more often than not, you will find this is the recommended method

BroBros The psyche issues are really common, you’re not sline. And the rest is practice snd habit. The support here will help with that if you participate
 
my advice is never listen to anything said in a gym.

its like when i go pier fishing and hear stupid shit from idiots all day on all kinds of topics. and people fighting over bait and nonsense. its just idiots saying idiotic things.

at the end of the day you know what the truth is? what the bloods say
