Hi Gang,

Trained shoulders today, was able to go either more reps then previous or slightly heavier.

I am thinking of dropping the tren from my cycle, I got my bloods back and it doesn’t appear my kidneys are going too well - I do have a meeting with a clinic to discuss the results but don’t want to do anymore harm then I already have.

So I will just be running Sus, Masteron and gh starting from next week.

Any other advice for you all in regard to getting these levels back to normal would be great.

Thank you

Tren can elevate AST/ALT, and can affect electrolyte balance. Judging by your numbers in red, and your potassium being at the higher end of the range, I’d say the Tren is the number one thing throwing the numbers around.
Up to you as to whether you drop the Tren, but if you keep it going I’d introduce TUDCA and NAC as soon as possible, make a conscious effort to increase hydration, and limit potassium rich foods.
Check bloods in 4-6 weeks and check to see if there are any improvements.
And in the meantime, keep an eye on your resting heart rate and blood pressure to check that things aren’t getting any worse and the additional supplements are helping.

@Jason breville ALT AST is elevated by trenbolone regularly. I'm not surprised, drop the trenbolone asap and boost your liver organ support, not sure if you can get n2guard in Australia but you can buy Tudca milk thistle stinging nettle and a multi combo as a replacement.
@AE1079 has views on the tren alt ast axist I'm sure please share

Thank you, any suggestion for what I should swap the tren with? Or just up the masteron or leave the sus and mast as is.
I would keep sustanon and masteron dose the same, where are you at now? :D

As you said, Tren mucks around with LFTs, eGFR and your gut microbiome. It oxidizes in the blood stream, similar to metal when it’s exposed to moisture and rusts, that’s called oxidation. Tren does the same thing in the body causing oxidative stress. This oxidative stress creates ROS ( Reactive Oxygen Species) which gets into our cells, mitochondria and blood which can make us feel lethargic, tired and non optimal.

With this in mind, it takes the body more of it’s resources to metabolise the drug which creates heightened enzymes such as ALT AST GGT ect in the liver, heightened enzymes creates a environment for the liver where it’s constantly working over time to breakdown the drug.

Moving over to the kidneys, you can imagine what oxidised molecules can do in regards to filtering out the waste tren causes. It’s lifting enzymes to compensate for the biproduct and ammonia that’s produced - ammonia is not good in the body and the kidneys have a really difficult time to remove this waste. Hence why tren damages our organs long terms due to the amount of pressure it puts on the organs, ROS and the biproduct it produces, we aren’t simply made to get rid of. Lower doses will reduce this of course. But I don’t suggest running Tren at all, unless you have a hard time holding muscle in a caloric deficit at lower levels of body fat, which is its intent of use as an Anti Catabolic.

Not in red but I think it’s still high as I’m reading this as it should be under 150 and mine is 229.
E2 is high
Remember sus compounds over time as you have long esters. This compounding effect will create more E2 conversion depending on many factors.

I would add in something like primo which can act as a secondary AI, you can also do more frequent pins as this will stop E2 fluctuating from bolus amounts. You can also switch to Enth ester which is more predictable. You can also lose body fat.

Lots of things you can do to lower E2 without destroying lipids and using a AI.

Thank you, are you saying to swap out the sus for primo or just add the primo in? I do have some primo ready to go. Please let me know how you would recommend to dose
I’m reluctant to give dosing as I don’t know your body man. Primo is a recommended drug for sure. Start at lowest dose possible, re do bloods, then you can titrate, or reduce ect.

And don’t swap out sus for primo :)

If the E2 sides aren’t noticeable, you could leave as is, or just up the mast a bit (if you don’t want to add in another compound). Primo is non-aromatising, so won’t convert to estrogen, but doesn’t actively reduce E2.
I would consider an AI though.
Why doesn’t primo actively reduce E2?

Why doesn’t primo actively reduce E2?
Primo doesn’t reduce estrogen because it doesn’t interact with the aromatase enzyme or have any direct effect on estrogen levels.

Estrogen is usually produced when testosterone or other aromatising compounds are converted into estrogen by the aromatase enzyme. Since primo doesn’t aromatise (convert into estrogen) and lacks anti-estrogenic properties like an aromatase inhibitor, it neither increases nor decreases estrogen levels. It simply doesn’t influence estrogen metabolism at all.

If you’re running a cycle that includes both primo and an aromatising compound like test or sus, the total amount of aromatising compound is lower in comparison to the overall dosage of all compounds in the cycle. This can make the estrogen-related side effects seem less pronounced, but the actual amount of estrogen being produced remains dependent on the aromatising compound.
