Need Clarification on BPC/TB500 Dosing. Lots of Conflicting Info

BPC and TB most likely wont cause the reaction secretagogues would. But YMMV. TB 500 is systemic. You can inject into the belly. If its a TB4 full sequence (thats what most sellers sell), then it has a short half life. 250mcg twice a day would be good. Some prefer front loading.

BPC 157 for your height and weight, 250mcg twice a day close to the injury area - just after exercising. Techincally speaking even into the belly would work in the long run because some BPC will reach injury area but some say not as much as local injections. Do not inject into the tendon, just into the fat near it.

If you search, there are videos showing how to do it. Also read comments on these videos becuase there will be some corrections in the comments or recommendations against them. I mixed both of them and did in the belly twice a day as I had multiple tendon issues, still half way through. These takes lots of time to heal. You also need to see what might be causing the issue. If its the shoes, then changing the shoes might also help. If its weight, reducing weight also help. If its RSI, then reducing load would help. If the pain tomorrow is more than it was today on BPC, you need to reduce load on tendon and allow healing.
Yes thank you. I’m seeing a podiatrist as well and getting custom orthotics because I have flat feet.

The only side effects I’ve seen from bpc157 are anhedonia, resistance to stimulants like caffeine and kratom, and lower back pain. If you get lower back pain soon after taking a peptide you need to stop it. I’m not sure why that happens to some people sometimes. Maybe not a good product, but I’ve also read that there are genetics that don’t agree with bpc157.

Oral bpc never worked for me either. My stomach isn’t great. I gave my last bottle of oral bpc to a gf who hadn’t been able to do pull-ups in years because of a bum shoulder. It totally worked and she’s been able to do pull-ups again for years now.

I am currently taking 250 mcg bpc 2x daily
And was taking 400mcg tb500 2x daily as well but I accidentally ran out. It’s been several weeks, and it seems to be helping quite a bit, and I’m going to keep taking both for a while as my minor injuries love to keep popping back up and I’m wanting to keep lifting heavier.

I also recently started hgh, and I’ll be taking that for the foreseeable future.

If you are into reading and want to understand deeply how your body heals, I recommend the book The Body Electric. One take from that book: your body changes polarity while you are sleeping, and this is when healing and growing happens. This isn’t woo woo, this book is written by a surgeon and scientist, it’s very real. If you aren’t sleeping well you won’t heal well no matter what you take
Thank you for this. Good input

This is where I get confused. A lot of people say to pin only twice a week. 1mg or 2mg. Because you want to give it a few days to work systemically but every day does make sense because half life is like 3 hours.

There are 2 versions of TB. TB-500 synthetic and TB4(Most sold in the same name as TB500). The TB-500 Synthetic has a longer half life of 2 to 4 days which is what you read about.

How to differentiate? cas number. Ask your seller which cas it is.

CAS number for TB-4 is 77591-33-4 And the CAS number for TB-500 is 885340-08-9.

From my limited understanding, TB4 is full spectrum and helps with different kinds of healing better. TB500 isnt full spectrum but very less side effects but still effective in most cases.

476014-70-7 is the CAS number for what I ordered. It’s the fragment.

For that CAS do it twice daily bro.

Start as follows:
Day 1 and 2: 125mcg BPC-157 twice a day to see if there are any adverse effects.
Day 3 onwards: 250mcg twice a day.
Day 4 onwards add 250mcg TB-500 twice a day.

This way you will know what causes what side effects. If you decide not to do spot injections for BPC, you can then mix them up for less pins overall and do it on the belly. You will need to run it atleast 6 to 8 weeks. Loading the tendons sensibly is the most important thing. Talk to the best physio in your area for some good exercises for your problem.

As previously commented you prob have BP157/TB4 which is fine. (TB 4 is often labelled as TB 500 - TB 4 viewed as superior anyway)

Any which way dosing most commonly 250 to 500mcg per day. Twice day split is popular.

Some say local to injury works better some say doesn’t make any difference.

My thinking is it can’t hurt to do local then and if it works better it works better if it doesn’t nothing lost. But local to injury really does seem to work better for me. Placebo maybe, dunno.

I used a lot of this stuff post surgery recently (hernia) incisions healed remarkably well (enough for surgeon to mention my skin heals amazingly fast lol)

Iv tried high doses in past, some say anything past 500mcg to 1mg a day no additional benefit and just wasting peptides. Iv done some stupid high doses which I won’t list here cos I don’t want anyone copying them or thinking safe.

0.5mg to 0.75mg (500mcg to 750mcg) seems to be sweet spot for me. I pin as close as possible to injury site, anywhere where I can get pinch or fat to do subq

Thank you. Have you ever ordered from peptidepro.io ?

It aint a placebo at all. I usually get sligtly dry eye on BPC as a side effect, once i did local near my elbow and the dry eye was more severe to a level that i switched back to belly. I dont want blood vessels growing on my retina like one unlucky guy on reddit did.

People who call BPC local as bro science are the ones who are spreading bro science. All BPC mice studies done till now were on local site injections IIRC.

I was under the supervision of a hormone doc and he did not say anything about lowered sperm count or running HCG or anything like that. And when I told him we couldn’t get pregnant his answer was “nonsense! Plenty of my patients get pregnant while on trt.” So I did a semen analysis and was pretty much sterile lol. So I came off. I’m debating running it again in combo with HCG. I get alittle serious because my dad had heart problems and when I’m on it my heart feels weird. Could all just be in my head tho.
You should start TRT again, I bet your Testosterone levels are in the gutter and your body is in shock, when was the last time you had bloods done? @JonClark

Bloods were done in January. Test is pretty low lol. 380 ng/dl

380 is horrible and you probably dropped more now. You're like a 70 year old man. @JonClark
you should redo bloods this week, can you ?
