Which one is more beneficial: Creatine pre-workout or post-workout?

Hello Everyone! My name is Ethan, and I work in a gyane hospital. I recently bought optimum creatine powder, which has 93 servings. I have never taken creatine before, and I asked my gym buddies; some say creatine should be taken pre-workout, and some say creatine should be taken post-workout. So, I am confused right now. You guys have been doing gym for many years. You guys can guide me properly.

Hi Ethan, are you trying to really ask or is this some other attempt here? @EthanCrusher

It makes NO or little to NO difference in when you take it.

For example it'd work if you took it the night before as well as if you took it 20 minutes before the gym in terms of actual performance.

There is SOME evidence to it boosting uptake of SOME nutrients post workout.

Both mean it'd be in your system. Which is needed for it to work

I take mine pre gym but that's only for convenience

Thank you for your reply. I am also thinking of taking it before going gym. I will keep it in my bag, and will drink it before going to work, after my shift at gynae hospital is over.
Please don't hyperlink to that site. That's spam
