IGF-1 levels would be expected to rise over the course of several days to weeks with consistent use of HGH, as the liver produces IGF-1 in response to GH stimulation.

Once you've been running for a few weeks, get bloods again and the IGF number should be up if it's legit.

Not using tabs but the common dose is 3x 500mcg per day.
