25mg is what I started with as well and I eventually got up to 100mg/week. I’d say I didn’t necessarily have side effects while on it. It was the coming off of it that things went alittle side ways.

I wonder if the estrogen suppression from the nolvadex caused your issue. I remember back when we got married my wife had just finished a cycle and she had to go to doctor to get meds because her acne under her chin go so bad it got infected. It was only after she went off cycle it happened just like you. It also got infected in her saliva ducts. She was told to suck on sour things to stimulate it again.

Of course I was kidding about staying on.

Haha! Funny not funny! Yes I plan on starting it slow 25 week then maybe 50 week. Wait n see. Maybe taper dose off it too. I did that with NPP dont recall bad sides coming off. Anavar didn’t taper just stopped. So I’ll know if it happens I guess.

Nolvadex is a bit tough on women, tamoxifen does have long term sides imo. @AE1079 comment please.

Don’t use nolvadex - it isn’t a smart option. Your putting 100mg of testosterone into a female body, coming off is going to be tricky as you need to balance out your E2 and Progesterone carefully.

DHEA can be option here, as well as HGH. But in terms of actually balancing out hormones which is where OP is going wrong, it needs to be more comprehensive.

I would suggest coming off down to a HRT level slowly over the weeks down to let’s say 5-10mg a week. You do not come off cold turkey, this can disrupt homeostasis completely and your recovery will be prolonged. DO NOT USE AIs OR SERMS. E2 needs to be present as a woman as it’s vital for biological function, your DNA and nRNA is completely different.

Down to HRT once cycle is finished, bloods, then make a choice on the next step. Either coming off or blasting. But coming back down to that midpoint will assist the body in both directions to recovery properly.

I want to state that this is a complicated process and there is a lot more involved then what I have wrote. But can be managed with HRT before coming off is a appropriate course of action.

Went to a different gym today same franchise do we can go there on our same membership. Nothing special checked out the bench presses there same problem for me. The rack hooks are too high for me to unrack my wt. and only 2 hooks 1 too high 1 way too low Hoist brand had hammer strength too. More squat racks but mist the bars were shit! So darn sucks boo hoo for me! Won’t go back to that location.
Since we did heavy rack pulls on Friday we finished a few lighter lat pulls today not wanting to lack for tomorrow squats/legs. So hit another location tomorrow to squat will check out benches again. Not getting my hopes up. We’ll see! Ok happy lifting! 💪🌸

Went to another diff location 24hr Fitness Gym again today! Always have a little more energy in a diff environment. There’s 3 in our general area I believe same owner. It’s kept up a bit better. Bars are good on squat racks!!! They have 9 places to squat/Deadlift!! Lots cardio equip. Benches are Hoist and still a bit too high for me to unrack but they are better than our home gym we been going to! Prob gonna keep going here for leg day Indefinitely. Did singles don’t want to wear out tendons n joints prior to cycle. Only on the maintenance TRT HGH!! Im on maintenance calories about 1600-1700 calories a Day. I try to up carbs a little more on harder lifting days if I feel I need them. I’m pretty hungry the next after legs and back. Not as bad on Chest day. I’m still feeling ok on maintenance calories though. We used a lot of diff brand equipment at this gym I Asterisks the diff Mach. Hack squat-ab/adductor- glute extension-calfs all precor equipment. They have Hoist and some Life Fitness. Even tried hip thrusts for first time! Those were intersting. Prob have bruises there on my hips now. Used a pad thingy. My Inner-Knees are still banged up from sumo rack pulls. Might start using my knee sleeves for those. We got no pictures today. But nothing too exciting to photo. Lol. Ok everybody chest day Friday!! Happy Lifting!💪🌸🏋️‍♀️
 
Got a Costco rotissary chicken was 4lbs for $4.99 cheapest protein you’ll find. Might I add the Costco 2 dozen white eggs went up $2 since last purchase was $5.99 now $7.99. Hope the chickens can up the production soon. All them deaths were not good for economy.
So we did chicken enchiladas again. Beans rice salsa. Got salads to go with them. Was too hungry to take a pic of my plate. But we got meal prep done! 💪🌸

You guys eat a lot of food for sure. It makes sense to buy your food in bulk.

I dont know they cook ‘em in rotissary cooker. Probably in a salt brine. They’re big chickens that have probably been pumped up with anabolic steroids just like you and I and you’re worried if they add anything. They’re tasty good cheap protein and it’s cooked for me. 💪🌸🤷‍♀️
 
I bet we eat less than everyone on here. I eat 2000-2200 cal per day and she eats 1500-1750 cal per day.
Yep we’re only people. One chicken isn’t bulk. But something’s are bulk like 8 cans of tuna fish but it’s canned! Or a big bag of oatmeal or rice. Last for a hood while. Best price you’re gonna find. Also get protein powder in 4lb bag. That’s fine. Or fairlife protein shakes

Back at our home gym today. Didn’t flat Bench but did do incline BB bench for 3x3 with same weight as my flat bench would be. Then straight into Close Grip cuz I can still unrack ok ish with hubby’s spot on these 2 lifts. Was a lot of weight moved today. And my close grip I went up to 10lbs to do 145 3 sets 5. So that was good. It seemed heavy even with sleeves and wrist wraps on. But felt better each set. Was a good chest day. Ok Deadlifts tomorrow! Have good weekend & happy lifting! 💪🌸

Even if the chicken got the Flu they should just mass boil them for 3 hours, that would kill all the bacteria and viruses at least no waste.

Thanks! I should prob clarify this is not a home gym at my residence where I live. It’s our primary gym, 24 hour fitness, we go u to to lift.

Went to the same gym we did legs at earlier in week. More squat deadlift platforms there it’s a Saturday!! Deadlifts were feeling heavy. 275 seemed like wasn’t moving fast as I’d like tried going to 295 see if I could do one of each sumo and one conventional, see if different it faster. It was much slower moving conventional and on sumo I’m still using too much back via bending over the bar too much when I start to Pull it up, my ass raises up some. I’m ok with lighter weights but when it gets heavy my ass starts to come up. Did 2 more singles w/295lb I tried standing wider sumo stance so I’m closer to floor to start it helped some but not as much leverage, comes off the floor slow. More practice with lighter weight I suppose. I guess I can’t complain too badly, we figured with the fancy scale stats I’ve lost about 10lbs of muscle over last couple months. Seems like it just might be a lot in my legs and glutes! Trying not to let this dash my confidence! I wasn’t feeling as bad ass as usual. Im sure that will change when I start this cycle. Gonna cycle carbs up on workout days. Going out for dinner tonight somewhere. Will feast for sure! Day of rest tomorrow!! 💪🌸

Did 2 more singles w/295lb I tried standing wider sumo stance so I’m closer to floor to start it helped some but not as much leverage, comes off the floor slow. More practice with lighter weight I suppose. I guess I can’t complain too badly, we figured with the fancy scale stats I’ve lost about 10lbs of muscle over last couple months. Seems like it just might be a lot in my legs and glutes! Trying not to let this dash my confidence! I wasn’t feeling as bad ass as usual. Im sure that will change when I start this cycle. Gonna cycle carbs up on workout days. Going out for dinner tonight somewhere. Will feast for sure! Day of rest tomorrow!! 💪🌸

Very impressive!! 🤩 I can’t wait to see what you can pull in another month! I also sumo deadlift! I find I’m build better for sumo than conventional! when my butt rose faster then my chest i always tried to remember to drive thru my feet first 🤷🏽‍♀️ instead of pulling with your back first?

Went ahead and started my cycle today vs next week!!! I added 5mg anavar, will take a few days at 5 then hit 10 it’s just hard to cut in half they’re small and crumble don’t want to lose anything in the crumble! Awaiting my PSL order so I can add the primo.

2iu HGH daily- 5days week
10mg Test Cyp weekly
(25mg Primo weekly -when it arrives)

we got them here. no sickness at all. i inject them with tren though lolz.

funny story, i inject bulls with tren and they get horny.. want to go bang all the cows in neighbors pasture.. one jumped over fence and ran into road after a cow, neighbor ended up shooting him with rifle. no big deal, we had extra steak that night
 
I like how you mix up your exercises and keep things fun. It's not the same thing over and over.

It just shows the more time you put in the better the results.
 
1700 calories is not bad for your size. And I like your protein consumption.
 
It's good that you're staying healthy and not seeing any new injuries pop up.

That's the most challenging thing.
 
A lateral raise machine and ab crunch. Machine are good ways to finish out a solid workout.

A Friday workout looks really solid. Not many women can do bodyweight dips.
I wanna do pull-ups too. I’ve lost weight and I can Dow body weight pull downs. I just haven’t tried actual pull-ups in a long long time. Usu can get a few out but not really been able to do multiple reps or sets without asst. Might have to try soon. See if my shoulders like it.

But I got a phone call that my mom passed away so they kinda put an abrupt stop to the workout! She was at her home she had someone with her, roommate old BF he lived with her cared for loved her! She has been in poor health for quite awhile! She’s at peace now. No more pain. Smoking is very bad habit your lungs don’t like it at all! Don’t do it! She is at peace now, no pain with my step dad and her sister and her dad. She’s watching over us now!! My personal Angel! RIP mom luv u! 🙏🏻💕💪🌸
 
What is speed bench ? That sounds really interesting.
It’s 10 sets 3 reps as fast as you can but controlled reps 30-45 seconds rest. Get volume in fast, lower weight, faster recovery. No injuries. It activates your muscle fibers hence growth. Like fast twitch muscle stim. Plyometrics I think it’s called! We just take enuff time to swap weights on the bar lol. Kinda fun!

Today felt ok. Chest. It’s day 4 of Anavar 5mg/Day on board. Don’t feel way stronger or anything dramatic we tried flat bench at the same club were Doing legs n squats at. The benches are a little better for lift offs. MrRR Rt shoulder bugging him so we switched to close grip bench which he has no probs with. My left shoulder a bit fussy. I do better with close grip & incline as well. It should convert over to flat bench for competition anyhow. The incline benches are also Hoist brand. They seem like incline is lower than our usual gym. So that’s diff. I did ok 135lbs, 1st set seemed off. But I adjusted the seat height and my 2nd set I banged out 8 reps. Shoulder felt good! Maybe the Anavar soldiers on board were coming to game late! Rest of lifts were good! Have a good weekend. 💪🌸

Tried to work on the speed & form with this. Will likely keep trying hook Grip. I did swap off hook grip on last 2 sets! Hands hurt thumbs on fire. Also did T Bar Rows. Still kinda short for it at 5’2”. Haven’t done these since was in 20s. Will do back accessory work tomorrow with some arms and speed bench again. Been a week on Anavar!
Upped my Var from 5mg to 10mg daily for 4-5 weeks. Pic doing Shrugs with 225!

@Ulter Nope just a usual pre workout meal bout an hour before. Often a waffle and protein shake. I have 1 scoop or 2 of Gatorade in water bottle bottle with BCAA electrolytes. We share a sugar free monster drink. Actually with the weight loss I’ve gotten a lot of vascularity in my arms even before I started the Var. I’ve Always been easy to find a vein when I get blood draws! But last couple months been quite visible in arms. Pump comes sometimes. I dont chase the pumps though. 💪🌸
 
Nothing better than driving home after the gym and barely being able to drive because you have such good arm pumps.

That’s mainly just vascular. They were 15 inches prior to cut I started in July. I’ve always been known for my arms I guess!! They’re leaned out now! 💪 I was doing Shrugs. So no Bicep pump here. You should see them when they’re pumped! 🤣💪🌸
