Hi! Im 25 yrs old IFBB competing in mainly Classic physique and open bodybuilding.
6ft 4, 114kg currently with my weightcap 114.7 so i have abit of room to play with.

Started prep at 135kg so have lost over 20kgs in 18 weeks.

What does 200mg of winstrol feel like? Do you even have an appetite at that dose?

Are you cutting the testosterone off at all going into the show?
 
woke thismorning lighter, 112.8kg. Expect coach to give me alot more Carbs today. Dropping test last week for 500 down to 200 and adding in the Winstrol is drying me out nicely it seems.
Winstrol @TheOne1 feels like a good aggressive pre workout to me in the gym. Joints are feeling alittle Achy thismorning but i have light style training this week keeping exercises 3 RiR. And full body pumps along with 20 minutes posing Daily.
My FOOD: meals currently lean towards
BREAKFAST: -
overnight weetbix 100g
Chobani Yoghurt 150g
Protein scoop
Nutella 30g
Berries 100g

Pre workout: Cream of rice 80g
Mixed berries 150g
Protein scoop
20g honey
Cinnamon powder

CARB MEAL:
-4 crumpets, HONEY 25g, Banana

Lunch/dinner meals:
Chicken Breast 130-150G, 300g white rice, Peas/corn mix 80g and a egg

Snack carb meals:
Dried Fruit, Bread, Honey, Maple syrup.
These are all easy small volume digestive Carbohydrates that are used and absorbed quickly by myself and dont upset my digestion.
I still have a pepsi max or x2 a day but going off 6L of fluid daily this week so mainly water/powerades.

My Cardio in prep has only been 2-3 x 15-20 min on the stairs and 12 K step targets.
Low days were 3200 calories, medium days. 3600 cals and then some high at 4300-4600 to reduce stress at end of the weeks.
Ive found being heavier and the more muscle i have developed i seem to be able to burn off fat fairly easy not having to push much cardio. This will be different if your lighter for sure.

I always train 5x days a week usually Thursday, Sunday rest days.
Split has been. Push , Pull , Legs, Upper (arm focus) and legs again) usually split my leg sessions to Anterior and Posterior focus dedicated Days which has made them develop way faster.

@Mobster He was recommended to us by one of his friends and reached out to our lab first. I had to speak with my colleague before taking him onboard and I think he jumped the gun a bit because we where actually in the process of signing him up. He may have thought we weren't interested in sponsoring him but we where actually going through the steps of recruitment process. During this process is when I believe he choose to sign up with KAOS

We requested he address the reason for the switch so as to provide transparency to the EVO family, which he has done. He was always going to be joining our team

How old were you when you started to weight train? And how old were you When you first started to use steroids,
Started training in the gym around 16/17 for football/Motocross reasons. Moved into powerlifting at 18 years old till 21 naturally and built my frame up. I Deadlifted 270 KG. Squatted 230 and benched 150 at w powerlifting comp at 20. Hopped on late 21 years of age (second half)

I’d like to know your reasons of why your stressing 200 is low? More is not always the best. Especially when you start to affect sleep and things. You want to run the least amount possible and get the most out of it. Otherwise, you’re not going to last longer in this sport. This spot all about being a marathon not a sprint.

To touch base on this more, this is my first competition of three competitions this weekend. That is six weeks apart. And then potentially more after if health and everything was going the way I want it to be. Tren is very toxic and shouldn’t be ran for long periods of time or at high doses many higher competitive bodybuilders add Tren in just for the end little touch. Most hate it

Following coach Protocols. Will update this log after competition just dialled in at the moment. My Test will drop closer to comps and out for my main competition for water retention reasons. Tren is added in just for some of the benefits without the side effects affecting my sleep etc. If my sleep goes to crap i find everything else does. I feel deep in prep all you have is sleep to keep you going that doesn’t feel like a chore lol.
Have my Competition Sunday and will do a nice update on my experience and what ive done to get to where i am currently! Thanks guys for your patience and happy grinding as always!

Finished competitive season. Learnt alot and came in alot dryer into my last show. Tracking Potassium and Sodium went a long way in my peek week and dropping out Test a week and a half out and adding in Halo starting at 10mg upping to 30mg Daily into my show brought a much better look to my physique.

-I am now on a Health phase i have come up to holding around 119.8kg-120 kg (4-5) kg above stage weight and feeling good. Pumps are back and strength is sky rocketing. I have just started @Liquid Gold Labs Test e and is smooth as no Pip as i injected into my shoulder for the first time in ages giving my glutes a rest. I am also running their HGH and sleep is coming back good along with sex drive coming back to life which is all really good signs my body is Healthy after a big season competing.
- 3-4 weeks time i will be getting a Bloodtest done before i start my Growth Phase and will be aiming to push towards 135-140kg quality size before cutting down into another show to make my classic weight cap at 114.8 again. Focus is on more density/width in the back. Bigger limbs and bringing more conditioning to stage.
My current stack in my Health phase is as follows:

-Retatrutide 3 mg weekly (helping me rebound)

Tracking Potassium and Sodium went a long way in my peek week and dropping out Test a week and a half out and adding in Halo starting at 10mg upping to 30mg Daily into my show brought a much better look to my physique.

-I am now on a Health phase i have come up to holding around 119.8kg-120 kg (4-5) kg above stage weight and feeling good. Pumps are back and strength is sky rocketing. I have just started @Liquid Gold Labs Test e and is smooth as no Pip as i injected into my shoulder for the first time in ages giving my glutes a rest. I am also running their HGH and sleep is coming back good along with sex drive coming back to life which is all really good signs my body is Healthy after a big season competing.
- 3-4 weeks time i will be getting a Bloodtest done before i start my Growth Phase and will be aiming to push towards 135-140kg quality size before cutting down into another show to make my classic weight cap at 114.8 again. Focus is on more density/width in the back. Bigger limbs and bringing more conditioning to stage.
