Pretty interesting how a morning fasted body looks so much better. Padded bras make it look like I have boobs too lol 🤣

Finally had an on point close-grip bench day today. Took 165 for a Rep Ride at sets of 8, 9 on last set!!! 💪🎉 That was fun! Today was a lot of sets. Took a bit easy on rest of my exercises today took awhile to finish and still ended with abs & cardio. Looking forward to this next strength cycle. Slow steady wins the race.
Mr snagged some screenshots to post. My elbow sleeves made marks across my bicep and my forearms but they’re decent pics. Everybody have a good weekend! Happy lifting!💪🌸
You look fucking fantastic the delt definition, arm size and definition looking super sculpted, that is so awesome the success you keep reaching! You will crush it on stage, no doubt about that.

Yup that would upset alot of people lol, come in completely peeled and stronger than them, that would mess with alot of people, the flip side you could go from a PL meet right into a bodybuilding show and do excellent.
 
Good question @ceo. I’d say my training is the biggest factor in making big gains possible. Knowing how to strength train having a plan and sticking to it!! It’s all synergistic but training has to be the foundation! I made scheduled jumps or my increases that I needed to make sets I needed to do regardless. If u fail somewhere it’s fine cuz u still gain the strength from the attempts even if u may need to back off that weight for that set or remainder of the sets left but u gotta keep grinding to get to your peak. Cuz each week you gain strength. Follow through is key. The PEDs only help give you the boost you need to get over the hump. It allows you to train harder, so I did. Take advantage of body’s ability to train heavier and recover a bit better too! PEDs can Make all the diff if you take advantage of the opportunity they give you. Too much frequency per week will overtrain your body. Why I train 3 days a week. I don’t have to train 5-6 days a week. Cannot recover that fast but I can lift harder heavier when I do lift. So you see my logs and the weights I move… I increase each week I move more weight then most male bodybuilders. Cuz of my training. Not just the PEDs. Having a great training partner or coach I think is a big advantage too. I’m blessed with @RoidRage69 as big part of my drive! 💪🌸

Ive never seen a more complete build, her having the ability to PL and then step onto a bodybuilding stage immediately after is beyond impressive not many can do that she is definitely gifted when it comes down to genetics, i agree with you.

You did it you went back found the initial pics. I never posted them. I wasn’t brave enuff! He was brave enuff though lol! 😳🫣 See what I’m talking about? Big transformation! Consistent smart training, decent diet and some enhancements to give you a little boost! There is great hope for you @Iron_queen. I love that call name! It’s very powerful and fitting! Decent bench day got a lot done but my left lat & scapula was giving me grief for wide-grip bench better for Close-grip. Just dropped weight did my sets. Worked on the knot I felt in my lat and scapula. Decline hurt was awkward all together so scraped that too. work arounds are the name of the game as we age!! Will do 5x5s on flat bench and increase my weight by 10lbs each week reaching 185 for 5x5 (hopefully) for first 4 weeks with goal of 225 ish bring my 1RM. Then back down the reps to doubles triples, as the weight will be much higher for peaking. So accessory exercises will be lighter weights in general and higher volume as well for first 4 weeks, then last 4 drop them out. That will be general plan for all training sessions. Next week we bring our PEDs doses back up from half to full! 👍 I’m stoked! 😄 Let’s do this! Happy Lifting! 💪💪💪🌸

You are too kind. RR tells me this too but I guess I’m just modest never really felt that way bout myself. I kinda see it in myself. I never wanted to do the dieting. But posing is hard too. It hurts to flex hard and smile and be graceful at the same time ect… might be fun though. 😊However I would have to pay out some bucks $$ to get a posing trainer. Cuz I kinda suck at that part. Unless there’s sponsor for that @PSL 😉
that will help with funding! And I’m sure registration for BB is a pretty penny too. I know PL it is. I’m having to fork out for PL membership plus registration for meet is $140! Just for one class event, if I do open and masters theres another fee per each class. And the. Push Pull fee. So Thats both of us. It all adds up. And you don’t really make any money in these sports unless you get like picked up and marketed by a big sponsor! So can’t quit the day job. Just a sorta expensive recreation at this point. I do love it though! 💪🌸🏋️‍♀️
